It was a perfect family stay amid-st the misty mountains. The location of the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel is its main usp. You will get uninhibited views of the western ghats covered in the clouds. I booked into their moon room with private terrace and if you should opt for it as it offers beautiful views from the terrace. The checkin checkout experience, staff and housekeeping are top notch. The spa and gym facilities are also adequate. There is a child pool also, which my toddler enjoyed a lot. The rooms are well kept and stocked. The negatives include very steep prices of the food. Your food bills will run into thousands over the three day stay, its better to book food as part of the package. The property will also be difficult to navigate for eledry especially the pool and the garden area, as we have to a lot of steep stairs. However, we cant complain about this when we are staying in a property built on a cliff. Overall, fragrant munnar is an excellent Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel offering unhindered views of munnar. We will love to visit again.

So the rooms and property is as good as shown in the pictures but the service was very slow, which i guess was mostly due to full house of the season , the rooms and balconies are beautifully kept but the building needs more maintenance. The food was average in taste but options were enough. We also payed for a tea plantation tour which was very informative and the plantation was right behind the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel! The guide was sweet and knowledgeable. Overall a good experience but still too pricey for the stay

I booked the moon light room, and the view was mesmerising, eye catching, heart warming. I would recommend each one of view to book this room for the view and warmth. Regarding food- not much options in the menu, but whatever options are there, it’s delicious. Also the chef took care of my taste buds by making it personalised and spicy. Loved everything about it.

Staff of the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel were very nice, good behaviour. Service is excellent. Break fast quality is very good. They kept one local sweet dice in break fast which were nice. I stayed for three nights and all these three days there were three different local deserts and all these deserts were awesome.

Its a wonderful experience and services provided were also good. Arpita at the reception helped in smooth checkin snd also showed great skills of hospitality. Highly recommended for munnar stay.

property is at highest peak of Munnar. so you will get a feeling of staying inside the cloud in the afternoon and above the cloud in the morning. it is a TRUE 5 star property with an temperature controlled infinity pool.

Good location , very clean , staff behaviour is good but takes too much time for room service…overall experience is good but little overpriced.

Staff hurried to check out immediately without giving any extra time, because they took 1 hr to come and clean wash room and hence delayed

In room dining menu must include vegetarian options more. Showed balcony of family suit at booking but it was not the same. Bit expensive as the rooms are very basic

Staffsnd service excellent food is also delicious. Heated pool is the best amenities. Health club should have better view of valley and greenery
