Condescending, Insensitive and Passive aggressive Front

The staff Mr Bibin at the Hotel front desk is condescending , insensitive and passive aggressive person who instead of helping in smooth checkin and finding solution after a 100+ km journey through the mountains with kids , citing rule and law . It is not what he said , but how he handled the situation was terrible

The best part of my visit was definitely the view – it was beautiful and very relaxing to wake up to every morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, few things could be improved, like sitting arrangements in the breakfast area. Accessibility to the room is a bit tricky, especially in the rainy season.

Fragrant Nature is a nice option to stay in Munnar. I trusted the reviews and wasn't disappointed. Check-in was swift and we got a room upgrade too. View from the property is nice, rooms are as they appear in the pics - bright and neat, buffet breakfast (Veg) was nice. Hotel staff (security, reception, restaurant and room service) were all very helpful and attentive.

familySo the rooms and property is as good as shown in the pictures but the service was very slow, which i guess was mostly due to full house of the season , the rooms and balconies are beautifully kept but the building needs more maintenance. The food was average in taste but options were enough. We also payed for a tea plantation tour which was very informative and the plantation was right behind the hotel! The guide was sweet and knowledgeable. Overall a good experience but still too pricey for the stay
