It was a perfect family stay amid-st the misty mountains. The location of the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel is its main usp. You will get uninhibited views of the western ghats covered in the clouds. I booked into their moon room with private terrace and if you should opt for it as it offers beautiful views from the terrace. The checkin checkout experience, staff and housekeeping are top notch. The spa and gym facilities are also adequate. There is a child pool also, which my toddler enjoyed a lot. The rooms are well kept and stocked. The negatives include very steep prices of the food. Your food bills will run into thousands over the three day stay, its better to book food as part of the package. The property will also be difficult to navigate for eledry especially the pool and the garden area, as we have to a lot of steep stairs. However, we cant complain about this when we are staying in a property built on a cliff. Overall, fragrant munnar is an excellent Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel offering unhindered views of munnar. We will love to visit again.

So the rooms and property is as good as shown in the pictures but the service was very slow, which i guess was mostly due to full house of the season , the rooms and balconies are beautifully kept but the building needs more maintenance. The food was average in taste but options were enough. We also payed for a tea plantation tour which was very informative and the plantation was right behind the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel! The guide was sweet and knowledgeable. Overall a good experience but still too pricey for the stay

Fragrant Nature is a nice option to stay in Munnar. I trusted the reviews and wasn't disappointed. Check-in was swift and we got a room upgrade too. View from the property is nice, rooms are as they appear in the pics - bright and neat, buffet breakfast (Veg) was nice. Hotel staff (security, reception, restaurant and room service) were all very helpful and attentive.

Staff of the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel were very nice, good behaviour. Service is excellent. Break fast quality is very good. They kept one local sweet dice in break fast which were nice. I stayed for three nights and all these three days there were three different local deserts and all these deserts were awesome.

It was a pleasant stay in the Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel. The view from the balcony of the room is so beautiful. Its a wonderful experience and services provided were also good. Arpita at the reception helped in smooth checkin snd also showed great skills of hospitality. Highly recommended for munnar stay.

property is at highest peak of Munnar. so you will get a feeling of staying inside the cloud in the afternoon and above the cloud in the morning. it is a TRUE 5 star property with an temperature controlled infinity pool.

Location is excellent with a breathtaking view of the valley with the very well maintained garden area.staffs are very courteous.food n other services is also good.may be they can improve on kids playing area

Staff hurried to check out immediately without giving any extra time, because they took 1 hr to come and clean wash room and hence delayed

Everything was perfect. Position and view was mesmerising. Cleanness was very good. All staff were very cordial. Food was excellent.

Fantastic views. Serene. Well maintained. Courteous Staff. Connectivity with rooms using multiple lifts is the only minor issue, but take it in stride and enjoy.
