Freesia Residency by Express Inn

The stay was good as cleanliness and hygiene maintained is top level. Breakfast is tasty but limited options. Also it is in the city but there are no proper restaurants for a proper indian meal, could find only fast food joints. Travelling to places like sula vineyards and Boat club is easy hence the overall stay was good

We had a great time at Arshish residency. It's a new property, big clean rooms with all basic amenities. The staff was very courteous and responsive. Location is perfect with many food joints within 2-5 min walking distance. Overall a very good property to stay.

Pros: nice and helpful staff, leave no stone unturned to make your stay better, breakfast options was limited but excellent, covered and safe car parking, washroom was super clean, property is quite new so everything is well managed and clean.

Stayed here for a day. It’s a very clean and beautifully made property. The ambience was very nice. The location js a big plus point, with all good restaurants and cafes at a walking distance. Would highly recommend. Great value for stay

The rooms were neat and clean. Staff was courteous. However the location of the Freesia Residency by Express Inn was in the midst of a middle class locality. So inspite of every room having a wide terrace, the view was pathetic.

We had an amazing stay at Arshish Executive Residency. We stayed here for 2 nights and we had no complaints. Staff was super supportive. Cleanliness was upto the mark. Wifi connection was awesome. What else could we ask for!

Rooms are very good. The restaurant services can improve. There is only one person to manage the entire guests in the restaurant and hence the services seem neglected which causes guests to be in waiting for long.

Property location very good, breakfast also nice and tasty, it is a new property option was very less in breakfast menu. If you go to see the hygiene very clear, all staff very polite and friendly .

They are in the heart of the city, Extremely clean, excellent staff and management. Would recommend this property with my eyes closed. Ample parking and quiet surroundings.

Well maintained place, good location, value for money

Hotel is located at very convenient place. You can find lot of eateries and other shops nearby. Room was clean and staff was very polite and helpful

Property is good. Few suggestions in rooms a sofa and table with chair many be provided as room is spacious but empty at restaurant plastic crockery need to be upgraded
