It was a very good stay except exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. Exhaust fan was not repaired even after complaint. Breakfast was excellent. Property was very clean and neat.

Not expected to get a smelly bed dirty pillows with dusty patches. cottages need serious renovation. Stay was not comfortable even paying per night. Food was good but not able to sleep in that smelly cottage with poor quality bedding.

The property is amazing to chill out with family or friends or group. The nearest walkable to the Sula Vineyards. So a perfect combination

We had booked freesia for a one night stay on diwali days. The resort was very decent and at a quite location opposite sula vineyards. It has good amount of trees around a a nice garden area. The pool was very clean. We had taken paradise cottage rooms which were quite spacious. The staff service was also courteus. Some minor maintenance issues like hard door locks, kettle switch not functioning can be improved. Game room there was nothing and needs major overhaul and has potential. They have the space. The food was the highlight and family loved all the dishes that were ordered. Good for a night or two to relax, nothing much to do around. It was a good stay can say amenties wise it was between a luxury resort and above a 3 star resort.

rooms are good,staff is best,only they do not give other packages even if it is included in your billing like we had a complementary sula visit on free but they said its not avaible now. rest is good.

Awesome location and property is well maintained… amazing place for family and friends… however the drinking water bottle provisioning in room is limited to 2 bottle per day…

Good service, helping staff, excellent food and most importantly the property is in front of Sula vineyard.

Bed was small for two adult and kid, bathroom not in good condition, room layout not great, food taste average, tarrif was high comparing room given, will not be visiting again and will not recommend.

Property is excellent, we had some issues during checking but they offered us room upgrade for free thank you for that The food is extremely awesome restaurant staff is very friendly and polite we will come here again especially for food nice stay

property location is clean. Food was so tasty. Helpers are ready at any time. U will receive food order in just 15 to 20 min. breakfast have lost of varieties.

We had a really nice stay. The property is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, which makes it perfect for a relaxing break. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very polite and always ready to help, which really added to the experience. The pool and outdoor area are well maintained, and it’s a great spot to just unwind. Breakfast option were limited but overall it was great experience, we also got coupon for Sula vineyard and Gokarting from hotel for which provided. Special thanks to Mr. Shubham at the front desk who made our check-in smooth and guided us really well.

The room was very neat and clean, the food was also very good, amenities, service everything was 5 out of 5. Everything in the room was helpful and hygen was properly maintained, it was a very nice stay.

This resort has good ambiance. restaurant serves good food, breakfast has live counter and good spread. Staff is helpfull and polite. Nice place for family vacation.

I booked family cottage from 16th to 17th Aug. when I reached hotel, the hotel management informed me that this room category is overbooked and we can’t provide you the same. After waiting 1 hour they provided other room which was below then the booked category. However, after lots of argument and debate they apologies for their mistake and offered me complementary dinner. But this whole episode spoiled my last day of vacation which a dinner cannot compensate at all.

The greatest advantage of the hotel is that it is barely 300 meters from SULA. The food is nice and reasonably priced. The property is well maintained. However, the upkeep of rooms can definitely be better .
