Friendly Apartments in Calangute GOA

It's terrible property in the leaving

Casa euphoria is one of the property of friendly apartment & it have great service & clineliness, also god manna-red staaf, there other property situated next to saldana kiran park, is an like lodging & also staff is unmannared

This is my 2nd time at this property, property is not that easier to locate as per location, no food facility at place

Location different, after paid amount changed, and when we reached again changed location.

Tv was not working, no hot water till 10 am

Very deficult to find the hotel, staff are irresponsible regarding customer

First the building name was wrong and location wrong and there is no proper response kindly re check the building otherwise you loose you customer and name of the organisation

Worst management, room cleaning was not done daily. There is no washing machine.

The rooms were s anitized and are economical and is a friendly apartment to stay inn.

No humanity in the staff. Hurting a dog which came to drink some water is this a humanity

The service of the hotel was really good sadik was very nice and very helpful he met to all our requirements. At all times

There is no kitchen, swimming pool, spa and other all other facilites as mentioned in the web. It is a single big room.
Hotel authorities come only at the time of check in, collect our originals and come back only at the time of check out to hand over back the originals to us. No one come in the mid to clean the room. We have to do every thing on our own.

The room doesnt look anywhere near like the pictures. Ac remote wasnt given and infrared was blocked and 25 degree was the minimum and we couldnt lower it any more, in goa 25 degree is hot like anything. They keep your driving license during your stay or ask for 2000 rupees as a deposit. Never seen anything like that before. During the time of checkout the man came into our room with a lighted cigarette and smoking to tell us to checkout. No reception in the room. The name of the building is "bakravilla" and i am not even kidding. Pathetic. Pathetic. Stay away.
