Friendly and overall a good stay

It's a good place for solo travelers, but my family was not comfortable staying there. Postive: nice independent house, clean bathroom. Need improvement: ac remote had issues control, and the hand-washing pump was broken. The room needs to be vacuum cleaned. Overall natural experience.

Its a good guest house to stay, calm area, no pollution, great place to stay for all types. Very clean and neet room, host person is very polite and helping good and terrace very good clean also, any family function can conduct here because for good atmosphere nice area, one more issue for bachelor they are mentioned to no smoking in this room, while we are staying twice a day they are not asking to clean

Thank you for your review and rating. Yes, all our rooms are non smoking and they are specified at the time of booking itself. Lets understand that we might get a guest who does not like the smell of smoke and they can check in any time after 1 hr of you leaving. So, the smell will remain in the room and will be an inconvenience for the next guest. You are allowed to smoke in the open terrace and also in the car parking but restriction is only within the room. Its a homestay and not an hotel. Our policy is to clean the room every two days. In a homestay normally cleaning is done only once the guest leave or on special request from guest due to some spillage.
