The property is located in a beautiful natural environment surrounding by coffee plantations and natural flowing streams. The cottages and spacious and tidy. There's not much to do at the property in terms of activities but if you're looking for a relaxing vacation among nature at affordable prices then the place is perfect. A special mention for the caretaker ramana and his team who are extremely polite and serve delicious food at meal times. The campfire night among the sound of crickets chirping is a special treat

It was the best experience we ever had ., the rooms were so cozy, adorable ! Mr. Ramana, and one more gentleman took care of us like family!! They were on their toes for anything we wanted to eat or any thing we needed! The bonfire was ultimate ., in that moonlit n breezy night!! Have fallen in love with “Friendz homestay “ ... the entire setup is so serene n pious.. breathtaking♥️♥️♥️!! Even the prices were absolutely poket friendly! Loved this place to the core🥰🥰.. wanna visit it again and again

Loved the environment ! lot of trees ! colour combination of huts and trees. Good facilities. Had good time playing with indoor archery, carrot and table tennis. Bonfire was good because it's much colder than bangalore. Food was good and its prices reasonable. The caretaker and the crew, all were good. Rooms were big. They were clean enough. There was some drawbacks if compared to a three-star Friendz Homestay | Rooms & Restaurant, but i guess they are ok for a homestay.

Property is accessible to road but yet very calm and peaceful. Great place to laze around as it is built amid-st tall old trees. Cottages are built such that they have retained the natural landscape. You get a feeling of jlr but not as exorbitant as them. Staff are friendly and food is typical malnad style. We had a great time with our family by going on walks across paddy fields and enjoying near by treks.

The resort had a great ambiance surrounded with trees and plants. The host took care of us in every aspect. All the amenities are great. Food was prepared as per our requirements. They arranged a bonfire and snacks in the evening. The highlight is that this property has a small stream flowing across which makes it even more amazing.

Very good staff, extremely cooperative. Food is good, while choice is limited (made to order. Best part a private bon-fire. Rooms are ok types. Swimming pool is not functional. Location is excellent, in a remote place, surrounded by greenery, extremely quite and good place to get away from city buzz & relax.

There was a problem with wifi and the food was a bit spicy for us. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and the staff were good.

I have visited 10th septa 2022, it was a great stay and place is awesome, homestay with all the facilities was available. All the food and cleanliness was maintained. During day time will have an awesome scenic view. It is 27 km away from saklespur. Avoid travel-ling during night.

The stay was decent at the homestay, food was very good and plenty. All the staffs of the homestay was very cordial. We loved the stay.

The accommodation is good. The estate itself is not very big but is surrounded by other farms/greenery. Has reasonable facilities for recreation but to rest and relax was the best thing to do. Food is homely, not fancy but good.

Rooms were big and clean. Food was nice. Only thing it got very cold at night. Homestay should provide thick blankets or quilts. Thin blankets dont give proper warmth. They gave extra blankets on asking so not much issue.
