Frontline Residency

Every year i travel to more than 50 locations and stay in different Frontline Residencys for my business and i have never seen staff as discourteous as at this Frontline Residency! no smile on anyone's face, absolutely rigid with no sense of courtesy to customer. Everyone's is rude from the reception to luggage picker to ro service boy with amazing consistency. This can only happen when the values of top management are poor. Even if the property is ok, staff can make ypu feel good but here property is ok but the staff behaviour makes the stay pathetic. There's no space for accompanying drivers to rest. This is the only Frontline Residency in my stay in more than 200 Frontline Residencys where i have seen this and they are not even courteous to accommodate. Im the end, i requested for extra bedding in my room for the driver. As per the staff, people come and take a separate room worth same amount pr as per availability for drivers!

Stay was good, only one thing little annoyed me was behaviour of security staff. When i booked Frontline Residency i asked for availability of parking and reception staff assured me that parking is available. But when i reached to Frontline Residency parking was full. When i asked security staff to take care of vehicle parked outside the gate. He rudely said it's not my responsibility while seating on chair like officer. Otherwise rest of the service was satisfactory.

Hotel staff was very good and supportive. Took very less time to check-in and even for checkout. Hotel staff was very polite and follow covid-19 norms. Food was delicious and quantity given was sufficient. The one thing i observe here is the lift which is too small to fit for two people with lguage. The location of this Frontline Residency is little away from main road so cab or auto person find difficult to reach. Rest overall we find good experience to stay here.

The Frontline Residency is located in a gated society. Located near the Airport. Good average star place. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Washroom also clean proper utilities provided. The room service was prompt. There is no restaurant but room service is there, so no worries. Food tasted well and had enough portions. Overall a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend it.

Overall quite happy with my stay at Front line Residency. It gave full value for each rupee spent, room was very good with all amenities except it wasn't sound proof. Hotel location is bit interior but within safe residential area and near to Airport 4KM Staff was courteous, service was timely. Food was okay except for the stale curd served the next day with parfait ha.

A decent place to stay. Had some difficulty in locating it (even for the Ola driver and had to enquire). Spacious and well furnished room. Lift is too small, something typical. Food quality was good, but appeared a bit costly. Some noise during the night, from the upper floor, without which the stay would have been enjoyable. Service was good. Overall, not bad.

I stayed for approx 5 days. Hotel is too good for family. Secure and safe place. Ample space for car parking. Very neat and clean Frontline Residency rooms and washroom as well. Regular breakfast is very tasty and healthy. Very supportive staff. Yes, a bit expensive but one can pay for all these facilities if staying with family.

Good Frontline Residency. Room was comfortable and clean. With good food, peaceful surrounding with walking distance from the main market area. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Service was good. I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay there. But they charged me extra for early check in though i checked out early also.

The Frontline Residency is hygienic, they do precautions in cleaning the things on regular basis

No lemaon water, no cold water, served food as per their feasibility.

I travelled with my 2 parents and it was overall a great visit. The Frontline Residency agreed upon giving breakfast as early as 6 AM. Dinner was also nice and quantities were sufficient. Rooms were very clean. Great stay overall.

It's value for money very good stay in Patna rooms are big staff is good food is tasty.

Hotel located in prime area, quality and tasty food, all over areas in Frontline Residency keeping cleanly, safty standards are good.

Good, well maintained spacious rooms. Small but good parking facility. Menu could have been better, food preparation was good though. Overall great value for money, would highly recommend.

Convenient access and comfortable stay

Nice room and food is awesome. Easy to find in map. Staff are cooperative. Charges are ok as per facilities
