The property is easily reachable and well equipped but not maintained well. E. G. Acs won't operate properly. The owner was rather aloof and not communicative. We had to fight for the covered parking. There is a house help who does the daily cleaning. In all, it's not that satisfactory, and i won't recommend it as the first choice.

Good location with nice ambience, comfortable stay for a family of 5-6 adults. Kitchenette is a bit small with not proper lighting, but who wants to cook on a trip.

Host is rude, no support for wifi, no network. My wfh is ruined.

Amazing stay, excellent property at prime location of candolim near to beach, shopping mart, the best thing about this property is the owner mr. Amit he's very professional, humble and helpful person i have seen ever. This property is highly recommended for groups of friends, family & couples also.

The wall is damp. There was a bad smell. There were cockroach everywhere.

This apartment is fully equipped with all things you need while you want to stay with family or group of friends. The location is very convenient in candolim, all facilities available nearby. Society is silent and spacious. Rooms are big enough with all amenities, farmland view from all balconies are so scenic that you can stand and have fresh breeze for hours n hours. This is perfect place for people who prefer quite, private time with home feel. Host is very cooperative and available always. Superb experience

It was a pleasant and safe stay. The location of this property is nearby to the candolim beach [800m to 1km walking distance] and easily accessible. You can find all sorts of good restaurants in just 500m walkway. The owner of this property amit behavior was very nice. You can get all information on the popular places to visit from him. The property is a bhk flat and it contains all the required facilities what is mentioned. All amenities were in good conditions. Overall it was enjoyable while staying in that property. The next time i visit, i will definitely prefer this property.

Booked this appartment for 3 of us. The rooms are spacious, cozy and very clean and well maintained. All amenities in excellent condition good balcony to sit and relax parking space included. Overall it was a great stay, will definitely visit again and 10/10 recommended

Lobby and rooms were very very dirty. Clener just came on the first day out of the three nights stay booking. Cooking gas was leaking and the not maintained properly. Very dangerous stay. Will never stay here again.

Beautiful bhk flat in a very convenient location. Very safe and very secure as it was in a close door society. The host was extremely welcoming and extremely helpful. Everything you might need is at walking distance and candolim beach is 1 kms away from the property
