Caretaker staff everyone was good they makes my stay more peaceful and enjoyable

The room was good. Bathroom was clean but the main thing caretaker of the house was very rude to my boyfriend and was demanding money.

Had a very bad experience with this property, no one was there to attend have to wait fir 2 hours to get my room

Staffs are very supportive. Food was homemade style and very good tasty

location is avarage, food was good, amenities are also very good and services was very good.

The room was just ok. But SO MANY MOSQUITOES! We could not sleep the whole night. Told the caretaker in the morning and he's just like yeah I know there are a lot of mosquitoes. They are aware of the problem but don't care enough to do anything about it.

Average stay.

Room is ok to stay for one day, not up to the standards. No service of tea or coffee after 6 pm suitable for one day of stay

Mr akhil the coordinator was very rude n poor behavior with guest on call .. the care taker was also not proper and no privacy was their very Un professional in service

They just refused to give me room. But i paid full amount over app. Its already 4 days since i am fighting to get refund. Agent promised to call me back, but did not.

I had a great stay at gagal home airport suite, perfect for business travelers. The apartment had all the amenities for a productive visit, and the staff ensured a seamless experience. I highly recommend this gagal home airport suite for its convenience and comfort, making it an ideal choice for any type of guest.

The facility is hard to locate. The entrance is dirty. Lobby is shabby. Tv in the hall is not working. Wifi outage was there for 1 hour. Water purifier is not working. Ac is good. Overall cleanliness is good inside rooms.

My 80 year old mother and brother arrived before 12 pm and requested for early check in they refused, my brother also offered to charge extra they said rooms not available in reception area they don't have space or sofa even for the guest they were told to wait outside hotel in sun light no shade nothing. Its a horrible hotel, staff not co operative.

I travel-led with my wife and two kids. Finding the place itself was difficult as there was no proper board of the hotel. Its inside an apartment complex and the security and caretaker are not cooperative on enquiry about the hotel. The room was average and not worth for paying. The only happiness my kids had was the view to the airport, but that too lasted only for sometime as they got bored of it. Two guys are responsible in assisting the guests, but they are not cooperative. The worst part was the breakfast. We had to checkout by 10 am and they gave breakfast by 9. 30am. On enquiring about the delay, the reply was that their bread toaster was complaint and they went to repair it and thats the delay. The only item they served for four members was 6 pieces of bread with butter and two tea. Asked for omlet for kids and they denied saying bread butter is the menu for the day. I will never recommend this hotel if you are traveling by family as they do not provide any amenities that a normal hotel does.
