Everything was good staff and their behaviour food cleaning everything is good

They are behave very badly when I asked my gst bill

We went with our family but found out that 3 people were already staying in the property. When contacted owner, we were told that they will stay in the property only. Being with Womens, we have to search another property and lost our money

Food was good Staff was good and polite Room was neet clean It was warm welcome

very gert experience

the guys are very unprofessional and arrogant. manager is a stupid fellow and doesn't know how to deal with guest. they changed our location without consent and were denying to share new location through what's app. we finally ditched this way and didn't check in as we landed and were struggling for address. on phone he was so rude and arrogant in replying

So we are 6 people travelling to Mumbai for the first and we looking for a stay which is good and safe for us,first we thought about booking a hotel but that are quite expensive for us than we came to know about gagal home through Make my trip and we find it a right deal. We book a service apartment near BKC.The place is really good. The room seemed is really comfortable during our entire stay at the Property. Really awesome staff who were really friendly & clear in their communication. And also the stay is located in very prime area . Hats off to the person at the Property. Thanks to you never had an issues during the stay. When ever visiting Mumbai again, will definitely seek to stay at the same venue

Had a lot of cockroaches in bed, Sofa, Washroom. No healthy atmosphere

Pathetic stay! They say it is 2bhk apartment but only one room of matchbox size was offered. Disgusting care takers and no safety for women to stay at such place. No parking space was available and was not mentioned while booking. Please don’t believe the photos shown while booking. The place is worst!!!

Neat and clean, cook is polite and co operstive lift available caretaker is helpful and knowledgeable person food very good. Room is not so-big but neat and clean. Kala pila taci always available.

Best stay in bandra east (mumbai. Very neat and clean apartment with nice amenities. Caretaker was present. In complimentary breakfast they served poha, upma, bread omelette & sandwich with tea or coffee.

The place was really great and the kind of hospitality they had was amazing. Especially the care taker was very friendly and helpful. The room and the hygiene maintained by the staff was excellent. Overall a great experience.

We had booked a 4 bhk apartment as 7 of our family members were travel-ling but when we reached the property we got to know that it was a 2bhk and our host said us that he don’t know regarding that and has to check in the system and that to at 6 pm in the evening as we were check-in late they kept on giving us different numbers to call and talk to it took them 2 hours to find another property for us and shifted us to another property at 8:00 pm. It was quite disappointing because nobody would wish to get into such a situation especially while travel-ling with their family.

The size of room is small with no table top/area for putting up traveller’s luggage. The bedding needs to be changed as it’s really old and uneven. The stay is good for budget business travellers

The hospitality and place was pathetic makes me question myself why did i opt them for staying
