Staff was friendly, but wifi was not working. Also service was very slow.

Location is very good, peaceful and scenic. Hotel staff was also very nice and humble. Food was tasty. Overall Very Good

We didn't need anything else than a calm place with a good view. For lunch and dinner we went to nearby central market of Dharamkot. The staff showed us the shortcuts for going to places we were interested in, helped us to get a taxi and adjusted the place of routers for better internet connection.

Good property and excellent hospitality. No car parking problem. Neat n clean rooms also bigger rooms

No power back up for more than 1 hour in a day, bad wifi connectivity in rooms. Spoke to manager, he responded with nothing can be done.

Good stay service is excellent polite staff but one thing is there is no stay available for driver

Worst stay ever in my entire life this resort is situated in such remote area that you won’t be able to visit the main market and stalls. The direction and roads to reach this place is so scary that our driver also denied to go in such bad conditioned roads. They won’t even help you to reach the hotel and after asking for help they misguided us for the direction of the hotel because we had already paid for the stay and won’t return the money in case of any emergency.

Behavior of manager is very rude we are disappointed from the service of hotel specially from the manager we request to not to visit gagan resort to other please look for better place don't go to gagan resort

Power supply is a big issue, they don't switch on the dg. Also they charge extra for room heater. Toilet floor is made of marble, which gets very cold. Furniture such as beds, tables, etc have very sharp edges and corners which can easily hurt your legs if you are not careful. Tv. They haven't subscribed to that many channels. Hence tv watching options are limited

Location of Gagan Resorts is good, although little far from main market of MacLeodganj. Hotel is in calm place and the mountain view from the hotel is good. Rooms are large with balcony. Staff was polite and co-operative. Breakfast was good. Lunch/Dinner items need some improvement in taste. Hotel Manager - Mr.D.R.Verma was very polite and co-operative. His hospitality was excellent and welcoming.

I stayed here for one day. Stay was very good. Services & food was awesome. Great hospitality offered here. The staff was very cooperative and made our stay very comfortable. Must recommend when you are planning to visit mcleodganj. The location is very peaceful and we can enjoy the best view.
