Gajner Palace by HRH Group of Hotels

The property is beautiful but the housekeeping and dining experience was horrible! No cleanliness in the room . The room had rodents ! No support from staff. The breakfast spread was poor . Not enough options and no attention paid to guests. I think HRH really need to pay attention to how this property is managed! Every thing was over priced and we don’t mind paying but the service was pathetic!

Stay was really comfortable. Location was great, food was tasty and all the facilities were well-maintained. Had a smooth experience!

I stayed there for a night, although the property is really nice with all the greenery and the fort vibes, plenty of photogenic locations in it. But there are a couple of things which I think the facilitators could provide for the guests. 1. The property being in Rajasthan, the state remains under heat for major part of the year and with such a vast spread, there should be a facility of providing drinking water (with option for cold water I'd say). 2. Although my visit time was one of the unpleasant times of war, therefore I can understand the conditions for the same f the regulations for it. But then the amount you charge for this property you can't give an excuse for a power cut as the generator has been updated to manual from auto due to blackout. For this payment making guests sit without power in the heat of rajasthan is just not done, the management should really give this a deep thought into it. Rest all experience was good.

Zero value for money. No cleanliness, staff has no interest in service. Poorly maintained but highly priced. Wud recommend not to stay here.

Toilet full of cockroaches, no ventilation in the toilet, no exhaust fan, oil heater in the room caused a terrible smell in the room, because of no ventilation the room was filled with that smell for hours. The replacement heater didn’t work. Ultra terrible experience. Very small room, more like a study. But staff was ok

It was an extraordinary experience staying at this heritage resort. The palace is very well preserved, providing luxury while keeping the spirit of historical palace intact.

No hot water, slippery tub, very bad food. Badly maintained

Very smelly room. No extraordinary amenities. Menu is too expenses. A 1 litre mineral water is of rs 250 and simple tea is of 300 rs. No so called palace like feeling

*review: a disappointing stay with poor service at gajner palace* i recently stayed at gajner palace and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The hotel failed to follow its own policies, which severely impacted my stay. I had booked a room expecting certain amenities and services as advertised, but upon arrival, i found that many of these were not provided. To make matters worse, the staff did not inform me of these changes prior to check-in, leaving me blindsided and without time to make alternative arrangements. This lack of communication is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's management. The behavior of the staff only added to the frustration. Instead of offering solutions or showing empathy for the inconvenience caused, they were dismissive and rude. Any attempts to address my concerns were met with indifference or outright hostility, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a guest. Overall, my experience at gajner palace was marred by a failure to adhere to their own policies and a shocking level of unprofessionalism from the staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Best property for weekend staycation with heritage look. Staff behaviour is good. Great cycling track & billiard & table tennis available

Wonderful, calm ambience. Oasis in bikaner. Peacocks and parrots bring the morning sun with ducks swimming in the lake. We had only one day. Will have to return again to get the full joy.

After a lot of confusion about which palace to book in bikaner , we finally chose this one for our holiday getaway , and it was one of the beat stays . Washroom was clean, which is always our priority and Room was well maintained as well . Property is very beautiful and by the lake side , night cultural program was also nice . The concierge Mr Chauhan went above n beyond to make our trip the best. Totally Recommend 👍🏻.
