Gajner Palace by HRH Group of Hotels

The Gajner Palace is one of the most beautiful heritage properties I have stayed so far. I have stayed in other two properties Of HRH Group at Udaipur. But this place is awesome. We reached there in late evening the place was looking so elegant with lights enhancing its old world charm. It was big, stylish and spacious. It had office, living area than bedroom and dress, bathroom and more so, it had its own personal sauna room. This is luxury at its best. The dinner at night was tasteful. We strolled after dinner near to Lake. The whole ambiance of the palace and its surroundings were splendid. In the morning we were awake by chirping sounds of thousands of birds of all varieties, parrots, maina peacocks and few other I could recognize. During our morning walk we saw the huge trees which are more than century old. I came to know that palace property is spread in 6000 acres. Having its own lake, island and wilderness. This is one place I would certainly like to visit again and explore more.

First of all I would like to congratulate team Gajner Palace for the superb service they offered during our stay. I along with my wife and a kid was on a road trip in Rajasthan. We checked in around 10 PM. The deluxe room offered by Gajner Palace by HRH Group of Hotels was entirely different from the one which is shown on the time of booking. Upon raising this issue with the general manager of property, he changed the room, which looked similar to the one which was shown in pictures. However as per him, the room category he provided was a suite room. Nevertheless I thank and congratulate team once again by offering me a comfortable stay as we only stayed for night and next morning we left for Jaisalmer which was around 300 KM away. Special mention: The quality of service in restaurant was extraordinary, however chef must work on food quality, taste and variety.

The place is really good located 30 km outside the city and I had to pay the Jaisalmer Road toll to reach Gajner, but the place was really nice and worth travelling. The place is a heritage site, well maintained, has a lake, boating facilities, and an open jungle nearby with safari facilities. Room decor was exceptionally superb. Service was not up to mark of 4-star as the bathroom kit was incomplete, there were some used items in the bathroom kit, half Of the sockets were not working, and they dint pay attention to minor facilities which are expected for a 4-star Gajner Palace by HRH Group of Hotels. Rest the staff is welcoming and responsive. Don't try the food as it was very expensive. If you are on a budget trip as me, its recommended to make prior arrangements as there are no good restaurants nearby. Overall 4/5.

Gajner Palace is one of the most scenic properties of HRH group. The palace was erstwhile used by Maharaja of Bikaner while hunting trip is very well maintained. Food was awesome, staff was very courteous. The cultural show in the evening is very well organized. The palace has pictures of Maharaja of Bikaner on hunting trips. The view of the lake from palace is stupendous and boat rides of the lake is something you must not miss. The hrh staff also organizes visit to Gajner Sanctuary which is paid but worth experiencing. Overall if you are planning for a holiday in Rajasthan, Gajner palace is one place you must stay. Its a royal experience at very affordable price

The moment you enter the premises you are welcomed by the chirping of birds, something that city dwellers have forgotten. Located approximately 30 km from Bikaner, this is actually a hunting lodge (king style) where the royalty and the Britishers stayed during hunting trips to Gajner. The palace-like hunting lodge is situated on the shores of a lake and surrounded by a huge wildlife sanctuary. We were told that the property is nearly 6, 000 acres and it actually seemed like one. Staying here is a lifetime experience that wants you to come back again & again.

We didn’t received the garland welcome. Moving ahead welcome drink came when we were leaving for room. Felt a little awkward since we paid good amount and such places are all about experience. Also such small gestures create or damages one. Rooms were good and clean. There was folk song and dance performance arranged which was good. We ordered drinks which never arrived. Food was good and restaurant staff also friendly. Overall good experience but not up to mark to such heritage Gajner Palace by HRH Group of Hotels experiences elsewhere in Rajasthan.

Rooms are well furnished having all the luxury and comforts. Bathrooms having toiletries of KAMA which added the joy of bathing. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Hotel is located far from the maddening crowd and situated on the bank of a lake which is a home for thousands of migratory birds. Food is very excellent and staff is very happy to serve you hot and freshly made dishes and fresh fruits and juices. Overall a very excellent place for people looking for peace and solitude.

gajner palace Gajner Palace by HRH Group of Hotels is located in very beautiful and serene surroundings. the rooms are clean and very comfortable. the food served is very nice, made to our taste, keeping in mind our food allergies. the service is excellent. the staff is very courteous and always helpful. all in all a very pleasant and wonderful family holiday. one suggestion: we were all senior citizens and if hand railings are installed at steps, it would be facilitatory 🙏

Nice Heritage Gajner Palace by HRH Group of Hotels with excellent locations and quite to stay, if we prefer to spend our family.

Everything was in well mannered

We had a great stay with a special welcome and were upgraded to the suite. The evening cultural program was refreshing.

Wonderful hospitality and tasty food, wana visit again

A good place for family visit with serenity and beauty together. But rude person spoiled the beginning at the front office, Rajesh was the name of the person.

Great rooms, beautiful Lake view, good ambiance and nice variety Of food. Did not get complimentary fruit basket in each room as per mail. On complaint, 1 room was provided with the fruit basket. It was informed that there is no such arrangement with MMT.

Place is nice but could have been much more maintained. Nice day outing in a Weekend

Awesome locale, regal treat, comfortable stay, authentic continental, and Rajasthani cuisines. Warm service and strict quality control. Value for money. Must stay for a day and a half.

10/10 for location but they need to improve.

Beautiful old charm Palace with Lake and wild life century

Gajner Palace is away from the hustle bustle if the City. The moment you view the Palace from far you know it is going to be a great stay. Our room was Lake facing and the view both in the morning and at sunset was amazing. The Palace grounds are huge. During morning walk we saw Nilgai wild boar and many peacocks and birds. A few turtles in the Lake also. The evening boat ride was serene and enchanting. Folk songs in the evenings. Food was decent. In all a fabulous stay.
