Location is good. Room size is small. Staff good. Food quality normal. Tv available but for news only, no entertainment channel.

Everything was good but i had dinner food was good but in breakfast i ordered paneer paratha which was not fresh, i end up with vomiting and loose motion. Faculty was so polite.

Normal room does not come under any room category. Hopeless room. We shifted to another room by paying an extra amount. Otherwise everything was okay. Never try to book normal room.

I have booked a standard room in this hotel through MMT, but when I reached there, they provide me very third classroom to stay. And one thing the manager there was very bad.

Hotel is terrible. Room size is so small that after putting bed, hardly any space to walk. MMT has cheated by showing that hotel has own parking but there was no parking in hotel. We had to park the car in municipality parking space. Behind hotel there is open drain and smell keeps coming. No electricity backup. We had to stay without fan for 1-3 hours every day. Don’t book even if it is free. MMT has cheated us.

Not recommended for families.
Deluxe rooms are 8x8 Smelly rooms with dirty towels, blanket. No locks inside the room. Now imagine standard rooms and semi deluxe. Not at all recommended for family.
I believe this was not a hotel and such kind of property should not be on MakeMyTrip portal. It will demean your image. It doesn't have basic amenities like room lock, cleaning, towel, drinking water, parking. The worst part is every rooms toilet has exhaust fans opens in one other's washroom which is pathetic. This guest house is not worth the money paid. MakeMyTrip should do some basic research before adding any property on their portal because people trust and paying to MakeMyTrip without knowing the hotel.

Offers nice location to roam and delicious food. Spacious and staff was also good.

Small rooms been provided, at Galaxy hotel and uncomfortable stay.. Will not recommend anyone to stay here, but the location is close to market, and walking distance to tip and top and other sites.

About MMT - I booked 20 days in advance and as per MMT voucher I was not required to call hotel. However, just to be sure I called hotel three days prior to check in date and I was shocked since as per hotel my booking was cancelled. Then Followed up with MMT customer care with average waiting time of 15 mins (quite horrible customer service) to get connect with executive. With lot of follow ups and no call backs received from MMT after promising call back, finally got hotel confirmation in the evening prior to check in date. About hotel - Not worth spending money. As per hotel there is no difference in standard, semi-deluxe and deluxe rooms except the size of rooms. Semi-deluxe rooms are campy with dirty linens & towels. I paid for extra bed, but ended up having 3 adults & 1 baby on one double bed as room do not have sufficient space to put extra bed.

Hotel is worth as per cost. We booked semi-delux room for 2 days. Hotel is at center of Lansdowne. Situated opposite to landsdowne post office. Hotel Rooms are average and justify the cost. Lansdowne is peaceful place to visit and relax. Thank you
