Dear Guest, We’re disappointed to read your review, but we must clarify a few important points. Your booking was made at around 1:30 AM—well beyond our latest same-day booking time of 6 PM. You then contacted us at 4 AM, which is far outside of our check-in hours, and unfortunately, you were under the influence and using extremely abusive language with our staff. Despite this, our team still tried to assist you. However, you switched off your phone, and then reached out again at 8 AM, expecting a room for a booking made for the previous date. It’s important to understand that operations follow certain timelines, and it’s not fair to post a false review when your own actions created the issue. I had a bad experience in galaxy blue sapphire. Something looked awkward, my room was already booked and it was recorded in your system. Then why do people call us whenever we go out for dinner. No one is there at reception then how could they know our activity? and also asking for our checkout time.
