Ventilation needed or make it as an AC room. Room was in ground floor and if we open the only window, it opens directly to the side way, and there was no grill and it was a fault as I did not feel safe and secure with that room. Reception guy was truly helpful and brought me water as well. Since saravan bhavan and erivum puliyum was in 100 meters distance, food won't be a problem for both vegetarian and non vegetarian people respectively.
It was a small room in the ground floor. No AC in that room and no option for ventilation as well. But again the room was clean. The service was good. Reception associate was so helpful.

Galaxy Inn is a very good choice if you are a on Road traveler and are looking for a budget GALAXY INN room with good amenities, the rooms though very small are neat and tidy, with a very good supportive staff, and yes the bathroom is very satisfying too, with a very good location as a business traveler, its a deal to find it here makemytrip price.

Well maintained, friendly staff, ventilation wasn't that great, food was pretty decent, great room service and great WiFi connectivity, clean rooms and was rooms, TV works perfect with all channels.
Maintained well good staff, great support, and little more ventilation would have made it a better stay.

It was stay, ambiance is good, co-operative staff, prompt room service. Faced problem in dress washing, got after 36 hrs. Primarily they provided room was not good later changed the room and that was nice. Overall it was a good and happy stay and experience.

Room was just OK and its small. But considering the space constraint of location its best. Location is good. Room service is also good. Best tariff also. Morning compline tary breakfast was not as expected. Stayed for two days but I got only one day.

Overall a cost effective stay.
We asked for an extra bed which was initially supposed to be charged extra, then they say it's free and then again they say it's chargeable extra beds very dirty people in reception never there.

Convenient to go all location easy cabs available 24*7. Hotel is located at good locations. Can be easy to go railway satiation and airport. Nice environment and proper cleaning is there. Good waiter service

Due to the unhygienic conditions in Kochi, there was an issue of mosquitoes, GALAXY INN authorities may provide mosquito repellent and other equipment to address this issue.
