Galaxy INN

Service is good, food quality is also good. Location is good.
When myself and my friend were seating in a balcony, one guest unnecessary complained about us that we were talking loudly and he got disturbed. In fact, I told waiter that it is my 3rd or 4th time stay in this Galaxy INN, I have never disturbed anybody's privacy. Surprisingly at the reception, manager convinced me that if that guest is complaining so you might have talked louder. This I really didn't like and I will think in future to stay or not. Neither I will suggest anyone to stay over there.

Galaxy inn is well located at the dabholkar corner. We faced no issues locating it. Besides, it's only 2. 5 km from the revered mahalakshmi temple in kolhapur. We (family) stayed for a night in room with 6 beds. The room was clean and ready when we checked in. The staff were polite & forthcoming. The washrooms were clean. While we didn't eat during our stay we looked up at the lovely terrace restaurant. We could park our car in the basement. Overall very satisfied with the experience

I came with family to stay in this Galaxy INN and found Galaxy INN is good for stay including basic facilities. They also have restaurants where food is good. However some improvement measures: 1. Lift was not working till basement which is must for senior travellers to stay. 2. Design of toilet in the can be improved. Rest as a overall experience was good, staff was friendly, helpful and cooperative in general our stay was good and comfortable for 1 night, 2 days.

Hotel was at good location. Very near to Bus stand and Railway station. Airport as well was not too far. Outside road was little unorganized but inside it was clean. Staffs were well behaved. Tariff was also reasonable. Got good deal through MMT. There is no restaurant in the Galaxy INN. They only serve buffet breakfast at a very reasonable cost. You can get tea, coffee, water but for lunch and dinner you need to look for other restaurants.

The Galaxy INN is good in all aspects. Room service, cleanliness, proximity to mahalaxmi temple is just 2 km. But the food is hopeless. They put the same masala in butter chicken and also in paneer tikka masala. The food was a waste of money. Rather there is a superb Galaxy INN for food called shravan, located just next to the Galaxy INN which serves great food at very cheap rates.

The Galaxy INN is really maintained well. The rooms and bathroom are neat and clean. I would definitely consider stay at this Galaxy INN whenever needed for a short stay. Only area which i feel may need a improvement or enhancement is the restaurant area. The Galaxy INN serves food with decent menu at the top floor but they can look at improving the ambience. Rest all is good.

First time stayed in this Galaxy INN and was impressed with clean spacious room, fast room service and delicious breakfast (misal, sheera, butter toast) they do have parking available. Front desk is quite cooperative while providing navigation and solving queries. Overall good value for money. Property is located at city center, 4km away from mahalakshmi temple.

I loved the way rooms were cleaned. During this pandemic situation hygiene is a must which was followed by staff. Service was very quick whenever needed. Only one suggestion please provide hot electric kettle in room so that it is convenient to drink hot water whenever required. Otherwise i will give 5 stars for entire service provided by the team.

Good location and atmosphere

Good and clean rooms ambience was great although was very much tired due to work load got relaxed in the room as I entered nice Galaxy INN hope to visit frequently

Centrally located in the city very comfortable stay. The food is delicious. We have booked an ac dormitory. The room is very spacious and clean.

I stayed here for one night. It was a pleasant stay. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. It's so close to Kolhapur central bus stand making it conveniently reachable.

Hotel is very good and nice place near bus stop. It's almost center of the City and access all areas easily. Staff is really good. Nice place to stay with family and kids.

Nice Galaxy INN. Breakfast quality was good but you have less options for breakfast. Near to CBS and 10 min away from Mahalakshmi temple by car.

Everything is great about this Galaxy INN. i.e. location, cleanliness, safety measures & service. Overall a nice experience.
