Galaxy Residency guest house

One of worst stay experience in Galaxy guest house.. as they have a very untrained and unofficial staff.. they have no knowledge of customer dealing.. service was very poor.. the main thing is that they dont have any inverter for fans.. food service is very poor.. you will tea after 1 hour of order.. they don't even have an umbrella for customer.. Only rooms were ok .. nothing apart from this

I didn't find any problem in finding this property because the owner himself contacted me as I reached Dharamshala. It was a good & comfortable stay.

Nice stay at guest house on naddi view point. Aall experience are good. But staff nature is very rude.

stay was okay room was good but wasn't big enough for 3 people as expected for "deluxe room".Other things were good like view and food.But for rental scooties provided by owner ,they demanded extra money for petrol apart from rent scooty fee(although we had filled petrol by our money already) so overall okay-okay experience.Staff service was only okayish not very good. the staff denied picking up our bags till the cab after we checked out

The property is walking distance from naddi view point with ample parking space. Rooms are spacious with amazing views. The food was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 nights stay at this place.

My stay in galaxy residency was very bad as there was no proper hospitality and there was no space for parking and they do no provided any space toy driver.

It was amazing and comfortable zone i loved it especially the window area and food was also overwhelming overall wonderful experience.

I didn't reach the hotel only. When i tried to get a refund for the fault of make my trip or while calling to make sure when i will reach i was not respected and as well as the make my trip executive was also once when i told him to call. And they are not even accepting my situation of refund for 1 day also as the fault was not mind it was make my trips who didn't help me reach the destination as my bus booked through make my trip didn't come only at night 1 am and they didn't respond to my calls. Both bus operators and makemytrip and they didn't offer mr reschedule bus for reaching the destination or any other services. And even after explaining this situation to hotel they didn't offer refund. So this hotel is terrible for not hearing to their customers

Our experience at galaxy residency is pretty good becoz, it our first home stay and we don't think its that much comfortable and friendly. Our care taker is too much good and their food is also great

Hotel location is very nice. It's little overpriced but the location is very very nice, food is very good. People who love nature must go in this hotel. All over good experience clean good food good staff.

The area was very pretty the view was so breathtaking u have got to stay becoz words cand describe the beauty of it

1- it’s more than 4km away from mcleodganj, i will suggest you to book hotel nearby mcleodganj 2- services was not good, they don’t even care weather you need anything or not

Everything was good except the order taking too much time. Views are good from second floor. Overall good

We had a two day stay in galaxy residency, the room was clean and decent, the mountain and valley view from the rooms were very beautiful. The staff was very helpful and the location is just walking distance from naddi view point and dal lake.
