Not satisfied on staying

hot water not coming.when checked with reception they didn't respond.we take shower with cold water

Hotel Ambience was good. Staff hospitality is good. Restaurant is available and taste and service is good. Room Cleaning is to be improved.

This hotel is so good beautiful room a/c is excellent totally room is excellent and awesome. Food is also excellent

Bedsheets are very dirty room is very dirty un hygemic and horrible not worth for money very bad service. Liquor smell in room.

Hotel location, parking, front office staff are very good. Only one thing observed is the cleaning of roof in the room, toilet also not done for months hence cobwebs are noticed near ac and in wash room also.

they gave me the room with out cleaning the bed all hair was lying on the bed and pillow covers were very dirty ac and bathrooms were neat .

The location was convenient. We can find it easily in the Google map as it has shown the correct direction. The area was noisy but the Hotel and staff behavior was also good. The room was good but not spacious. It was a good stay with friends.

The location was okay. The food and services were ok. Needs improvement in the room. Rooms were smelly and I was not at all satisfied with the room.
