ye log bahar ka food order karenge to allow nahi karte or customer kuch bolega to ye log bahar ke chapri log bula ke aap logo ko dhamkyange usase acha koi ye property book na kare

I found the property by make my trip Good service, tasty food ... and good location.. last three months I will stay in this property

Entire hotel is smoking although they say non smoking..I'm a non smoker changed 2 rooms and still had smoke in rooms and lobby In addition very poor service at reception....not even worth 1000Rs

Problem is this.... We Booked deluxe room. By MakeMyTrip.. But they provide Normal Room

The hotel is centrally located in Shivaji Nagar, making it very convenient for travel and sightseeing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to assist. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay was prompt and hassle-free. The food served at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Pune!

Cleanliness was not upto the mark as before Breakfast also the same condition They should improve on this as it is good budget hotel.

The location of the property is very convenient. Food is also very good. The only thing which needs revamp is the furniture and room interior. Looks a bit aged. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Clean room,good service. The food is good and even breakfast is found to be proper. Amenities are proper and even the location is a prime and easy to commute.

It was a pleasant stay. The amenities provided were good as well. The staff was really well mannered and polite. Location wise, the hotel is also situated in the centre of Pune city, hence making it easier to travel to different places.

Property is located at a very convenient area in shivaji nagar, we had morning breakfast and it was good. The rooms and hotel furniture needs renovation

Stay is in middle of city. To each his own preferences about the location the service is more than pathetic. The staff is rude, lazy, mannerless starting from the male at the reception to the boy serving the food. The breakfast gets ready by 8 if you are lucky, but if you are on a business trip and needs to leave early, you will have to go empty stomach. What else to write. I hope the people reading this get the gist of the more than pathetic experience i had.

Hotel is of good quality

Nice place to stay, well mannered and cooperative staff, from breakfast to dinner everything is freshly prepared and that too with great taste. We booked this hotel for one day only but after their services we have extended it for the next three days. Overall experience is great.

Lot of noise was coming from near by room, rooms suppose to be noise proof. Breakfast was normal, can be improved.
