My stay was very comfortable, satisfactory, the Food was amazing , staff very courteous & helpful, the room was perfectly clean Will visit again

property has awesome location. being near to Pilibhit and Ekaant this property offers excellent views of Ganga ji. staff is courteous and food is very good. it would help if you call them first and park car in public parking. missing once would make it difficult to navigate car through crowded streets.

The room was extremely small and cramped. Location of hotel is quite far from city center although they have their own private bathing area. There are much better options in this price range in the same area and hence won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fiod was good Staff was cooperative and helpful Location is also satisfactory comparing to cost. Only must improve thing is dirty toilets. All plus points becomes negative. There was a bad smell in toilet.

I had a fantastic stay at Ganga Exotica. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the kitchen staff for cooking less spicey and delicious food on request as per our liking. The location of the hotel is great on the banks of ganga ji and near to Har ki paudi. Be mindful that there is no private parking and the lane to reach the hotel is a little conjusted. Overall, a wonderful experience for the price that i paid.

It was a basic hotel. Service was decent. we booked it for 7000 plus for 2 nights which I felt was overpriced. Hotel has it's own ghat which is a plus point and not very far from Har ki paudi. It is very close to Railway station. Breakfast was basic but good

Had a very good comfortable stay. the food was excellent. Enjoyed my time at the Clean Private Ghat in the hotel. the Rooftop Restaurant served tasty food. Hats off to the courteous Staff

A quite hotel with good rooms rooms facing the ganges are especially awesome. The view of sunrise on a clear day and the flowing ganges is simply mesmerising

Very nice property with all the latest accesses. Decent private ghat with very cooperative staff. Highly recommend.

Overall experience is good. Room no 202 washroom is too small and in dirty condition specially the bath curtains.
