It was good service. He brought it to the luggage room. Helped to park the car. Brought to the coffee room and helped. He explained the facilities in the room. The location of the cottage was just five kilometers from the government botanic garden and tea factory. Ganga's Sri Balaji Cottage | Rooms & Caretaker rooms are good , their hospitality is good and helpful. however the water heater is not much good,it's take 30 minute to heat and give warm water. and there are no room heaters ,due to that children and elder people suffer. and they charge 30₹/tea which is tip tea and it's utterly waste.

Loved the stay. Beautiful spacious rooms. No room service jur swiggy and zomato can easily be called for. Tv. Hot cold water to drink. Hot water for bath clean rooms. Great service. Will come back again.

The start was very basic, simple rooms like a homestay. Rooms didn't have fans, which is fine since it was freezing cold there anyways. Overall a good option not very far from the market area of ooty.
