The Hotel was excellent because of the soft behavior of the owner and the staff, hygienic environment and cleanliness moreover the location of this hotel. So, I would like to recommend this hotel Ganga Sparsh to all tourists who want to travel to this beautiful city Varanasi.

location is near to Biswanath temple, owner cum manager is helpful. Food is not available as there is no in house restaurant, but eateries are there in the ground floor. rooms are clean and washroom bis tidy. But I won't suggest this property of you are carrying heavy and many numbers of luggage as cars and auto donnot operate at nearby road. For backpackers it's a very good choice. overall it's a good and budget friendly property. We paid for the tripple bedroom.

I stayed at Hotel Ganga Sparsh with my family for 2 days, and it was truly an amazing experience. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and located in a very convenient area — close to the ghats and main temples. The owner is an incredibly kind and helpful person. He not only arranged cash for me when I needed it but also provided early check-in without any hassle. Such hospitality is very rare to find these days! The rooms were comfortable, the staff was polite, and the overall service was excellent. I genuinely felt at home during my stay. Next time I visit Varanasi, I will definitely book the same hotel and the same room again. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay in the heart of the city. 🙏 I never expected this type of treatment in a budget friendly stay, it's amazing, owner is so helpful,all over staff is helpful ,room also clean and I would suggest everyone if someone who wants perfect stay clean room , comfortable bed with all needs in a budget ,then go to varanasi and booked Ganga sparsh and stay there

Owner is good, obedient staff but they need to clarify everything with owner. Do not expect Highway roads in tight lanes near to Kaashi temple. Everything is acce6distance.

The owner of the hotel is of very good nature. His nature is also very cool and composed.Provide me with hotel rooms ahead of time and the opportunity to stay after time.The hotel room was very clean and was within budget.

Behaviour of Hotel owner is very rude. I booked one room with 3 bed for me, wife & my 10 year old son however he forced me to pay extra 500 for my son as make my trip was showing booking for 2 adults only. He did not listen to anything and we had to pay 500. Even when I asked for water next day then they said that we give only one bottle irrespective of days. Now I ask him that is 1 liter bottle is enough for two days for 3 guests in a room. It was horrible.

Very bad service at that hotel after booking and full payment even though they did not pick my call and non provide room at midnight. Money also not refunded yet. Don't go there

Location was not easy to find but hospitality of hotel staff and other services were very good. I am happy
