GANPAT GRAND

I had booked a room at this GANPAT GRAND for a one day stay! irrespective of the check in and check out time since i had travel-led from chennai with my family, i had reached there around 1'0 clock with a little question inside myself whether they will give the room an hour before the check in time with not even a little hesitation and without any question after usual check in formalities they gave me the room. We had a nice time and had a good darshan. The next day i booked my return journey by evening train hence requested them if i can check out by an hour delay with no hesitation they said ok however since my kid took a long time to eat her lunch i had vacated by 2'o clock only. Still there was not question from the staffs and with a warm smile they had send us off. They even helped us with a good contact to get a taxi drop from palani to dindigul to drop us at railway station. I had booked with breakfast combo. Food was good. Area for improvement to have few more man power for supplying food. Overall the stay made us have a wonderful journey to palani.

The location of ganpath grand is quite convenient for reaching various important pilgrimage sites. The GANPAT GRAND offers spacious ac and non-ac restaurants, although the food served was ordinary in both taste and variety. The property includes open parking spaces and free wi-fi, though the wi-fi speed was very slow. The GANPAT GRAND staff provided good service, always extending their helping hands with smiling faces. However, there were some negatives: - housekeeping was not up to the mark. I noticed food waste left outside one of the room's entrance doors, unattended for almost the entire day after lunch. - the cleaning of the rooms was unsatisfactory. - the bathrooms and toilets were not well-maintained. - common areas and corridors were not kept clean and tidy. Despite these issues, overall, it was a good hassle-free experience for families on a pilgrimage. These comments are based on my visit to the ganpath grand GANPAT GRAND in palani yesterday.

The rooms are very comfortable and the location is just perfect - just opposite to the temple. Car parking is not a problem either. The staff is courteous and helpful. The only improvement required is in the attached restaurant. They seem to be a little short on staff with just one person taking requests from guests in the non ac section. While the south indian food is good, their north indian cuisine needs serious improvement. All in all, though, it was a pleasant stay at ganpati grand and i will book the same GANPAT GRAND next time as well!

This was my fourth stay at ganpati grand. Great ambience and great service. It's very close to palani temple. A step climbing path leads to murugan temple; we can reach the steps in 2 minutes by foot from the GANPAT GRAND. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. There is a need to renovate the restaurant's hand-washing area. I would stay here again because of the convenient location, food, service, ambiance, and the price. Staffs are good & friendly with helping mentality.

Pro's- GANPAT GRAND is located in foothill of palani. So, you can reach the tonsure mandapam, elephant path by walk. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I don't know why there are many negative comments on GANPAT GRAND staffs in mm t reviews. Constraints- GANPAT GRAND management have to improve the cleanliness of the rooms. Being a three star GANPAT GRAND, they have to keep the rooms and washrooms deep cleaned. Buffet breakfast is having limited menu. They have to improve the taste and menu items.

During my visit to palani temple, we stayed at ganpati grand and had a wonderful experience. All staff especially reception staff were exceptionally helpful. Hotel is very close to the temple entrance, making it very easy to access both ropeway and foot steps. Rooms were spacious and clean. They also have ample parking in their premise, which is another plus point. Overall we had a great stay, and i would definitely book here again for my next visit.

My review about room: the rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds, clean linens, and modern decor. You’ll find amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen tv, a kettle for tea/coffee, and a clean bathroom with 24-hour hot water. Rooms are well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff does a good job of keeping everything tidy. If you’re lucky, you might get a room with a view of the temple, which adds a special touch to the stay.

It was a good and decent rooms and good service of course. But please don’t expect 4 and 5 start welcome and service. Surely worth for money and pretty decent clean and good GANPAT GRAND. Well done service in the restaurant by lady staff. Receiption and restaurant managers need to know how pleasantly to welcome the guest and talk more politely. It was just a fine tuning required, honestly service was good.

The GANPAT GRAND is very near to palani temple, the stay was very pleasant. Overall decent rooms and services but the cleanliness can be improved. A little bit on the pricier side. If-ts around 3000, it's much more recommendable.

It was a good experience staying in ganpati grand. We enjoyed it as we have been going there frequently. Food, amenities, hospitality, ambience and location are the main factors that attract tourists visiting palani

Walkable distance from the steps to reach the temple. Great place to stay and rest after a tiring walk. Went as a family. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Definitely recommend.

Nice place to stay in palani. Hotel food and service is good. The location is near to temple enterance. Hotel staffs are friendly.

It's very neat and clean. Just opposite from palani murgan temple and you get free electric car to void

Good place to stay on palani. I recommend it due to it's proximity to temple. The place could have been a bit better. Few electrical outlets were not working

Hotel ganpati is so convenient to stay and have darshan, highly recommend for anyone visiting palani temple.

Rooms are excellent but staff's attitude at reception was not satisfactory. Our driver complained that the dormitory and restroom provided to the drivers were unusable.
