Service not proper , room not clean and booking amount and Invoice bill not matched

no proper hygine maintened. rooms are in bad condition and bathroom was not cleaned. I felt itching after sleeping on bed

It was a avg stay, old stinky rooms with good staff..

Totally unhygienic, bathrooms were unclean, floor was unclean, feet became black, no support

In deluxe room No set up box and only tv Electric kettle doesn’t work and all water comes out from base Ceiling fans can’t be switched on because the ceiling is damaged . For the money it’s absolutely waste to spend and many better hotels are available And sink is there on living room but no water tap

terrible experience booked the place since it was bear to highway , but the place is almost haunted with next to zero security. there is hardly any room occupied . the room condition are also bad due tk lack of maintenance, the food cost is at par with with 2 star hotel but quality is low. its more of 2 star guest house .please avoid staying there even u get low cost booking. toilet are low maintenance with paint coing out from wall and celling, the have non functional kitchen.

No proper amenities provided As per invoice Room sleeper are included but they charge 100/-. Said why you have booked from MMT. When we call the manager no answer. Worst service i have ever seen. Rude nature of reception boy

It was a nice experience and the room was pleasant. The bedroom and washroom are leisurely with a broad space room and cup board.

Washroom quality need to be improve more as well as living room condition was not so good.

Hotel is desserted place, very few occupancy. AC was not working. For kid served spoiled milk. Meal and breakfast are also not upto the mark. No security, no assistance by staff.

Food quality is very poor Cleaning not done properly, we need to ask to clean them everyday. Staff is also not that good

They don't have parking. The shining pool shown was not with clean water. They switch of the Life at night. Very Rude staffs who not even give water bottles even you ready to pay

On the way to hotel I got a call from hotel saying that rooms are not available despite my payment through make my trip. upon reaching the hotel I got the room....but they informed me that they have already delinked with make my trip. Not sure why such confusion ???

Location is a bit nicer even though its in electronic city. Property is a bit old but is value for money. Breakfast is decent and has large sitting area in the restaurant. Although the lift was not working when i stayed. Had to climb 4 stories
