my booking with breakfast but they will not served and water bottle with chargebal

Good food, nice service etc, and nice rooom

Very disappointing experience. The room was very small and poorly maintained. No dustbin or chair was provided. The room had a bad smell and the bedsheets were not changed for over a week, plus they were torn. Breakfast was not served daily and no proper food was available. The front area of the guest house gets waterlogged whenever it rains, making it very inconvenient. Overall, not worth staying here.

Staffs not aware about complementary break fast

Hotel was very basic, no drinking water was in the room no toiletries in the room. Beds are not clean. No intercom in the room to order any thing have to go to reception. Bathroom was not properly clean

The experience was very poor, the property and property owner was very bad. They charged price of including breakfast but they served only four pises of Puri for two people. When we asked for food bill the property owner, he said no bill available please pay the little amount of 100.00

location of the property is good staff was well behaved and helpful l, room was clean and maintained but the blankets were the only thing which were not professionally washed because it had dust in it.

Alternative Hotel Garden guest house was very good, clean and staff was very polite. But I initially booked a hotel named kajali guest house, they denied us to check in and misbehaved with customer.

Stay was nice, staff were well behaved, we got the room clean and ready.
