Not much clean bathrooms, breakfast and pantry area is very good, my iPhone charger was stolen and we knows after they return back,

Food friendly receptionist, hygienic room with 24 hrs hot water service with awesome breakfast facilities...

After a lot of research and consideration I found a more than decent staying option in Ooty. The room was a little tight for 2 pax but nonetheless, it was cozy and very tidy. I had a pleasant stay at this property. The place is very near to Government Botanical Garden (walking distance). The staff were helpful and arranged every request. Do not miss their complimentary breakfast!

The food and service were very nice but the room size was very small. Even you can't walk inside the bed. Parking is also very limited on the road side. The employee is very nice The only concern is room size.

Worst , no exhaust in toilet, bedsheet and blanket dirty with visible dirt marks , no toiletries provided ,

The hotel is not at all worth the money. Good things: 1. Decent breakfast. 2. Small parking but manageable. Bad Things: 1. Rooms are really small. 2. TV, Gyser and other amenities were not functioning properly, we had to contact the desk various times. 3. Sheets were not clean, quilt was also in bad shape but we asked for fresh one they gave fresh which were decent. 4. The resturant only serves breakfast and there is no room service available from restaurant. In summary hotel amenities are not good and most in non working condition. But the staff tried really hard to make our stay comfortable, I would appreciate that

Garden Manor hotel is not worth for that price and we booked because of that it has ‘MMT ValueStays’! Food is not good and room is very small and price is more!

One of the worst stay ever, no parking space, rooms are like a cave and for one day early check out they didnt even give us our money. The owner was saying to talk to make my trip and make my trip is saying talk to owner. Useless and waste.

Service and staff are really good. Breakfast is good. Rooms are pretty small and congested and can hardly have space around bed, plan accordingly. Can only fit for two people max. Overall good for the price comparatively.

Location is good. Tiny rooms. Bathroom was stinking (maybe because we changed the room last minute. Their service is very good. Good buffet. I paid 3. 4k but room is not worth that money
