Stayed with family for 3 nights. Host Shekhar was very helpful and provided good service. Positives: Host, Room/Toilet Cleanliness, Quick Service, Parking Space, Driver Room Available, Good Food Available on Order. Improvement Areas: No AC yet. Overall, had a good experience, thanks a ton for making this trip memorable!

Pros: Sekhar and his parents were humble, polite, and cooperative hosts. The place is surrounded by nature, offering a calm and peaceful environment. Cons: His behavior was often rude, arrogant, and aggressive, no sense to talk with ladies, which left a negative impression on the overall experience. The single bathroom in the 1BHK was quite inconvenient for five people to use. Bed sheets and towels were not changed even once during our 4-day stay, despite multiple requests. Room cleaning, including washroom cleaning, sweeping, and grooming, was not done even once. Hot water supply was inconsistent and often unavailable. Soaps were provided only once on the first day and not replenished later. Food service was unreliable at times due to poor management, and there are no nearby restaurants or eateries, making meals inconvenient. Transportation access is poor, and Sekhar’s brother seemed to influence auto drivers to charge extra. Suggestion: Please confirm rates clearly before ordering or requesting anything, as the charges may differ or appear overpriced once the bill is presented. Overall: I am rating this stay 1 star only because of Sekhar and his parents’ humble and respectful nature. They were genuinely kind and tried their best to make us comfortable. Unfortunately, Sekhar’s brother is spoiling the goodwill of their family business with his rude attitude, lack of transparency, and poor management. The property has potential, but better behaviour, honesty, and consistent service are much needed to improve the guest experience.

We traveled to Hampi on 2 Aug 25 . It was a very good experience. Rooms were very spacious and clean . Veg food is also served at the property..Host was very helpful .. Highly recommend this place

Stay was pleasant. It's a new property and is a little in the middle of a residential area but it's kind of secluded. Rooms are neatly maintained. Water is provided but toiletries aren't. The first floor balcony is wide and spending the morning was very pleasant with neem trees around.
