I was travel-ling for work. Property is about 2km away from center. Room was alright except one window pane was missing a latch and the cupboard was missing a handle. I found the bedsheet a little stained but the same ws promptly taken care of. People at the property are extremely warm though, especially the gentleman at the reception, he shared his dinner with me. Checkin and out was smooth. Property is on road and rooms are pretty decently priced. Look out for the chicken sandwich, it's simple but delicious. Location wise the property is pretty easy to locate. Overall, if i'm not nitpicking, stay was pretty descent, no complaints there. No complaints about cleanliness either. Toiletries were pretty good too.

A great Garden Retreat Hotel with achilles heel, a great view of the hill station, clean nice and comfy stay exceptional food, good staff only problem is the Garden Retreat Hotel being away from mg marg. Which is the achilles heel of this Garden Retreat Hotel apart from that 10/10 Garden Retreat Hotel. Taxi drivers take advantage of tourists after 5 in the evening. Taxis charge a lot which makes staying in this Garden Retreat Hotel a bit of an inconvenience by the way in a great Garden Retreat Hotel.

The rooms are spacious and the views from the room are very beautiful. The rooms are in good condition and the bathrooms are also very decent. I stayed in a Garden Retreat Hotel for 7 days. They provide things that you need on demand. The staff are friendly in behaviour. I would refer to this retreat to everyone who will be visiting gangtok. And i will be choosing this stay if i visit gangtok again.

Hotel room was good. Food quality from the Garden Retreat Hotel restaurant is also good. Hotel is located away from the main market area. Had to spend a good amount on transportation to the main market area as we could not find any nearby restaurants outside the Garden Retreat Hotel. Only option to buy food was from Garden Retreat Hotel. Also food had to be pre-ordered by a particular time.

Nice Garden Retreat Hotel with all facilities with delicious breakfast. The Garden Retreat Hotel is located just far away from the bus stand but it can be manageable. All vehicles and taxis are just near Garden Retreat Hotel. People will get all taxis. But the only cons is that there is no shop nearby nor any cafe or Garden Retreat Hotels near the property, but else everything is ok.

Location is good, staff members supported, room was neat and clean. I booked that Garden Retreat Hotel for my parents and their experience is too good for this Garden Retreat Hotel.

The environment of the Garden Retreat Hotel was very homely and the staff, especially rana mourik was extremely courteous and respectful. Infrastructure could be worked upon, elevator is especially required. It was overall a good stay!

We had a beautiful stay at garden retreat. This a new Garden Retreat Hotel with good room interior & view of mountain. Its within the city, but in very calm & peaceful location. Ideal for couple & family. Food is also tasty. There are karaoke singing facility also at restaurant. Thanks to dipak & puja for making our stay memorable.
