Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Service and Lack of Power Backup

The most disappointing aspect was the poor customer service. Staff were unresponsive to requests and very rude.. Additionally, the hotel does not have power backup facilities. During power outages, which happened multiple times during my stay, there was no alternative arrangement...whole night there was no the morning there was no water for our basic needs...we had a baby with us but they did not care .., I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

Hotel staff prvn Not guest friendly supporting, and i think he is working on commission basis with cab drivers, rent bike owners.. and deal with more amount for sightseeing for guests.... when we go to deal directly with cab driv and rent bikes ita really cheap..... that is not best thing in garuda hotel.... other than that hotel is fully satisfied......

stay is nice. easy access to the cliff and nearby restaurants. staff are so welcoming and helpful, but don't be overwhelmed with that.

Not properly managed. A c did not work. Cockroaches and ants in the room. No caretaker for any help. Poor service. T v also not functional, in-spite of my request to the person present (mr anup) to get it functional

It was a well furnished room with attached bathroom. It was same as shown in the pictures and the staff were really helpful throughout the stay. It is just 1km from north cliff which makes it easy and accessible even during late nights.

excellent stay with budget

With this budget i got surprised to see the amenities provided by them. The location also is very accessible . They got kitchen and appliances. Mini fridge in the room everything was perfect ❤️
