During my recent stay at gateway chikmagalur, i was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality and service provided by the staff. The serene ambiance of the Gateway Chikmagalur, nestled amid-st lush greenery, offers a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant, peaberry, offers a delightful array of dishes, catering to diverse palates. The culinary team takes special care to accommodate guests' preferences, making dining a pleasurable experience. A highlight of my stay was the impeccable service from the front office team. Mr. Debanjan basu, the front office manager, went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, adding a personal touch to the hospitality. Additionally, staff members like chandrima, darshan, and raghavendra were exceptionally helpful, contributing to a memorable experience. The Gateway Chikmagalur's amenities, including the well-maintained swimming pool and the ayurveda wellness centre, provide ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. The property also offers various activities, such as nature walks and indoor games, ensuring guests have a fulfilling stay. In summary, gateway chikmagalur exemplifies outstanding hospitality and service, making it a highly recommended destination for a serene and luxurious getaway.

The resort is located in a peaceful location. Very well maintained and lives up to the brand name. The staff are caring and pay attention to detail. All the facilities are good. Room is very neat and clean as so was the washroom. They serve high tea in the evenings which was a soothing experience to sip your coffee or tea with the pool view ❤️ We also got to attend a magic show on one of the evenings and it was a pleasant surprise! Food and restaurant service could be improved, which has been a little disappointing as they took more than 45 minutes in spite of very minimal number of guests. Our overall experience with the resort has been very nice and relaxing! Strongly recommend!

The gateway resort was nice. Food was great. High tea was included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Service is quick. I wish our garden behind our room was watered more and well kept. We took that cottage for the garden view but it was not the best garden view. I would have rated 5 if this was taken care of. Rest was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful picturesque property. The hospitality is excellent a special mention to service and support staff Ramu, Ram J, Chef Kirti, Pradeep, Manjula, Rahul, Arjun and others. We had a great and comfortable stay and very well taken care.
