The property is nice and clean. Hospitality is good. Food could improve a bit. The taste is very 5 star hotel ish. Overall a nice stay.

It was an amazing experience. The food and hospitality was pleasant. The staff were very helpful be it the Anoop the manager or Paulomi the chef. They helped arrange transport to view the place and you could also get packed food.

A relaxing staycation with cozy rooms, warm hospitality, great food, and peaceful vibes all around.!

The location of the Gateway Hotel is a quiet scenic natural setting away from the city's hustle and bustle. A diverse variety of food was served, and breakfast was always a good spread.. Services, by all, were excellent .Nikita,a barista, served us gourmet coffee at the Coffee Lounge .Her coffee preparation really hit the right notes with the aroma and sweet flavours ..waiting to go back for another round.

Friendly staff. Ready to help when required. My German friends enjoyed the hospitality, the natural surroundings and nature walk with good understanding of coffee plantation.

On the whole ,it was very nice.the property,food n facilities were all good

The room was very spacious and maintained very well. The food was very good and the staff were courteous. Restaurant was spacious also. Entire estate was amidst a dense forest-like area and the property is very well maintained. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly.

Great Peaceful Place in between nature and hardly 15-20 mins from Medikere City.. Beautiful Room, Swimming Pool and Food.. We loved our stay and amazing Spa services at Gateway Coorg.

Spacious and Clean room. High ceiling, Beautiful Place, Courteous Staff, Nice Breakfast buffet. Activities Center and other activities such as Bird watching are maintained and are good. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

We stayed in Gateway Taj The property and the staff,food,hygiene and what not everything is top notch especially i have to mention the staff who attended us while we enter Abhishek and the (food Department Manager) Shikar,and I'm not sure about some name's but thoroughly we enjoyed our stay a lot. We had a very good time at Taj gateway. A special mention to Sachin, Nikita and the chefs who catered to every request if ours. The breakfast spread was excellent. A beautiful experience.

Location is very picturesque and beautiful. Food was amazing but the baked goods can be little better... services were top notch and staff was very responsive!!!

Pleasant stay experience, staff was very polite and accommodating to the customers. The ordered food was not upto the mark once, they sorted it out efficiently.

Taj at it's best with great ambiance & excellent services. Rooms were spacious with great amenities. Breakfast buffet was having wide varieties of options. Highly recommended to everyone for staycationn.
