i recently stayed at aurika luxury resort in coorg for 4 days and 3 nights, and i can honestly say it was a wonderful experience. the property itself is absolutely stunning, set against the breathtaking backdrop of coorg's lush hills, with beautifully designed landscapes that add to the peaceful vibe. my room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with everything i needed to unwind in comfort. the attention to detail here is truly impressive. from the thoughtful small gestures to the beautifully maintained property, you can tell how much care is put into creating a memorable experience for guests. the staff went above and beyond – every interaction was warm and welcoming, and they were always ready to help with a smile. if you're looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway where you feel genuinely cared for, i can't recommend aurika enough. this place exceeded my expectations in every way and made my time in coorg unforgettable.

Our stay at aurika was amazing. It’s one of the best pet friendly Gateway Coorgs that we have stayed at. The Gateway Coorg staff was very polite, helpful & approachable. They set a separate table with our pet during mealtime. All necessities for our pet were taken care of in the room. The room itself was spacious & comfortable. It’s a beautiful property & allows you to immerse yourself in nature. Our nature walk guide mr. Ganesh explained us all about coffee very well. The only thing we felt missing was that it’s not senior citizen friendly as ramps are not available everywhere but the staff really helps with wheelchair assistance. Hope the Gateway Coorg takes the feedback so more people including senior citizens can enjoy their beautiful property. Overall, super experience & definitely worth visiting again!

Name any staff... Their courteous service requires a Salute. Best in industry I've seen till date.Nice location.Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely infinity pool. Awesome varieties of cuisine.. And the best part was the gala night on 31st night. Special mention to Ganesh Anna, the naturalist for giving us the first and the best impression. Great service by Rishwed(Restaurant )* Pardon if name is wrong* and Hadi(kitchen)🙏🏽. The mallus from Cherthala and Nilambur. Thanks a ton Mr. Kiran(Mgr. Housekeeping )for his detailing and helping us to go to the best places for sightseeing. Overall an exemplarily awesome experience. Sure.. Whenever we plan to visit coorg we'll be coming to the Aurika. We'll also definitely refer to our friends and family. Lots of love. Regards❤️

The property is very new and surrounded by forrest and greenary. The resort itself has a lot of plantation. Hospitality at its best. Price is totally worth it as the food is amazing, service is so good, location is also away from city so really peaceful. Mr ganesh gives some very interesting knowledge about origins of coorg in the camp fire session. Did not use the pool but it has an amazing view of the forrest. Food variety is good and they really deliver the quality. Met so many good people in the guests, well behaved and super friendly staff. Kudos to you people. Much much recommended property.

the location was superb but the road that led to the property is very narrow and has broken patches. the food was great but when the guests are limited you even though you have paid for cp or ap plan still you get to chose only from the limited A-la-cart menu which could have been better because this makes the wait time longer at restaurant. however the hospitality of the staff at the resort is commendable and really happy about it. The resort also has lots of activity planned during your stay so that you don't get bored while staying there. But overall a good stay.

The property is very well maintained. Staff is very courteous and goes the extra mile to take care of the guests. To name a few staff members - Ganesh, Kiran, Charmine and in fact all were very polite and took great care of the family. Kids activities also were quite good and they went the extra mile to ensure kids are engaged. Food also was very good and they ensured adequate veg options as well as customised items also prepared. Overall excellent experience

We had an excellent experience. Especially appreciate the service and hospitality extended to us from all of the staff there. Rooms are large and well equipped. Restaurant serves a reasonably good range of food. We also enjoyed the nature walks and their naturalist mr. Ganesh is very knowledgeable.

Aurika in one word was amazing, specially the rooms, staff they are quite polite and helpful, food must say was delicious. Since we were stepping out with 2 year kid i was little worried about her meals but that’s to the chef who made it just like the way we explained.

Staff are great and certainly trying to give 5star experience. Long way to go though but certainly on right path

Everything was great. Aurika is situated in a serene location but it could be tricky to reach there. Apart from that there are no complaints and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Food at marasa is very good.

It is a nice place, but a lot of things can be better. The rooms didn’t worth the money paid; its definitely not luxurious, a normal one. Food and the way staff treated us was top class.

We liked the stay. Courteous staff and great ambiance. View from the resort is just awesome. Food is delicious. We had good family stay. We enjoyed our stay at the resort.

Stayed in aurika for 3 nights. The property is relatively small but very well maintained. The room was spacious and cozy. Food was really good, both in terms of taste and the spread. The support staff went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable. Would definitely recommend it.
