my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the expected standards due to a series of incidents that caused inconvenience. At the time of check-in, I had to wait for almost an hour before the process was completed. This was quite uncomfortable. Later in the night, I called the reception several times to request drinking water bottles. Despite repeated calls, there was no response for a long time. When the call was finally answered, and the bottles were delivered, the service staff made an inappropriate remark, asking us not to disturb their sleep. I was also told to come down at night to collect the bottles myself, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable in a hospitality environment.

it's located near by main road and most private place banglore airport road all services are very good

Gateway suites - location is good, it has a parking for car and it was spacious the room is nice, equipped with ac, fan, nice bed and everything but the washroom was dirty, it had stains, deposits and the bucket and mug was very dirty too, cammod was old and had stains, staffs were very kind and were helpful in moving luggages, room service was great washroom can be maintained better but at the price i got, it was worth the money i can say

It was a great stay with cheaper price, if someone is travel-ling for a day it is recommended to try this hotel. Food was good and staff was friendly. Visitors are also allowed. Overall a great stay

Clean property with parking facilities near by airport only 11km, 24hrs front desk very helpful for frequent flyers.

The staff named wasim was too cooperative and room were hygienic and good. Service was also good. Location little bit far from airport.

It was good. I had stayed there earlier too so for me it was okay n decent in good price option. Good part is you are allowed with outside food and visitors too. So overall it was a good experience for me.

Location is good with all eateries nearby. Good value for money. Parking is not an issue here.

The room had the lingering smell of smoke in it, the curtain barely covered the window that faced a public hall beside the bed (which made it very uncomfortable to sleep - anyone passing by could see your silhoutte, there were frequent power cuts, and the bathroom lacked hot water despite keeping the geyser on for long. The advantage of the hotel was that it was super close to the airport.

I checked into the hotel around 1. 30 am. I was surprised to see a smiling staff welcoming me. The rooms were very clean. Really a budget friendly hotel

Clean room but inside the bathroom there is no hand-washing no towels no dental kits room service is good overall 5/10

I stayed in this property a year and half ago it was maintained pretty well at that time. But, now it is full of cockroaches if you switch off the light at night get ready for a cockroach get together. Utterly disappointed
