Property location is very good, property is very spacious and having royal look but services and facilities are not up to the mark like phone was working, tv is not working even after many times complain.

Property is located at good place and clean out side of garden area but rooms is in very bad condition looks like lodge, washroom is little bit ok

Location was good. Restaurant is not clean. Rooms were not very clean. Not at all up to the 3 star standards and overpriced. Regret the stay here.

Location and hotel appearances good, services very bad, soiled bed sheets, Pan spitted towels, no hot water in Bathroom, curtains sliding not working, expired toiletries, insects, I will never suggest this place to stay.

nice property very spacious n clean room nice light arrangement very clean swimming pool .They too have very nice restaurant and tasty food. All the staff is very polite and co operative.Nive amenities like TV AC .Also very nice layout of rooms overall five star experience.

Decent and comfortable stay. Location- 5/5. Within walking distance to Western Temples of Khajuraho. Food- 5/5. Great, Hygienic & tasty. Mr. Bhupendra in Restaurant was very polite, sober & helpful. Amenities - 4/5. Size of rooms, property, swimming pool is a big plus. Only con is water leakage through windows during rain. Services- 4.5/5. Staff is cooperative and do assist whenever requested.

The property is located at prime location. Easy access to western and southern group of temples. Polite and helpful staff.

as per rate property room were costly toilet were unclean fell bad in the room swimming pool tables were not clean.. for spending time Hotel was not good.. Food breakfast was not so good Bananas were of bad quality

the staff behavior was overwhelmed. the sheff behaviour was gentle and polite. the food served was of good quality as well as in quantity too. the breakfast tasted nice. the poha and alu pyaaz parantha were very much tasty. the housekeeping staff was co operative. the receptionist person helped us in reaching out nearby site seeing locations. The best thing about the property is its location. Walkable distance from the western group of temples. The staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast could be much better. Rooms smell stale.

Had an extremely pleasant stay. Nice property, comfortable room, courteous and friendly staff, and good food. Good variety at breakfast. Also, the location is excellent - close to the western group of temples, so we went several times. Would certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel is located in a huge, sprawling property that is well maintained. The rooms likewise are very large, but not modern. We had to ask for clothes hangers etc, and they 'forgot' to do housekeeping between the two days we stayed there. The hotel is located very close to the Western Group of temples and to the airport. Very few rooms were occupied during our stay. This hotel seems to be popular with wedding groups and for large parties since they have lots of space.

Room is very spacious and swimming pool is very good. The location is also very good near the main temple, western group of temples. The main market is near the hotel, the lake is also nearby, you can also walk in the evening and local food is also available nearby. Food quality is good. One room can be occupied by 2 adults and 2 children

It was a nice stay here. Initially we booked for one night then extended for two more nights. We had room with a beautiful view of the green, nicely maintained lawns and clean swimming pool. The rooms were large and bathrooms clean. Value for money. Highly recommended.
