Gautam Villa

Gautam Villa is a perfect weekend getaway for nature lovers. Surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, and rivers, it offers stunning views and mesmerizing scenery. Location is the highlight of this property. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay comfortable. However, Cleanliness needs improvement as some guests reported dirty washrooms and unhygienic conditions. The food is homely and delicious, but the menu needs more variety. Food & Dining is good, but can be better. The property has basic Amenities and is ideal for group outings.

• Location

  The property is surrounded by scenic beauty admist mountains, waterfalls and river. The location is perfectly situated in the middle of a mindblowing scenic surrounding with mountains and rivers. The place is in the interiors but it is worth every effort you put to reach the place. The place is surrounded by beautiful mountains and has 2 villas with a swimming pool under construction. The location is good. The place is a must visit during monsoon. The most beautiful destination for rains! Hundreds of tiny waterfall around super cool climate swimming and hot yummy food along with music and BBQ. Located near the beautiful Malshej Ghats is an awesome place to out for trekking you may also bump into small lakes for a peaceful swim. Best time to go there is during the monsoons where the clouds literally touch your heads you can enjoy in the farmhouse during winters too. Must visit with family and friends.

• Cleanliness

  The rooms were not clean, the sofa was completely torn. No mirror in the whole villa. Pillows were torn. There were bugs, mice, frogs in the room and bathroom. The washrooms were dirty and totally unhygienic. The rooms are not cleaned at all. The basic amenities like the washroom is pathetic. Bathrooms could be better maintained too. Poor hygiene and cleanliness. Place is good but not cleaned and maintained properly. The property still needs to be managed properly. The rooms generate a lot of heat as there is no AC and even the beds are not comfortable. The fridge was not clean and there was only 1 cooler in the whole villa which had 4 rooms. The place is a scam. It took us 6 hours to get to this unknown village with very little cooperation from the owner complete with horrible oil curry.

• Food & Dining

  The food was delicious and I never had food like this before. The food quality must improve a lot. The lunch cooked was amazing though the Biryani and breakfast taste needs to improve. The food is okay and service is excellent. The breakfast should start offering some more dishes than only poha and shira. Food was good but kindly check what is included in the menu as sweet dish is not a part of their menu. The food is amazing. The rooms are good. The view with the weather is amazing. The lunch cooked was amazing though the Biryani and breakfast taste needs to improve. The barbeque preparation was good. The food is homely and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was great and the people were nice. The food was good, nice people. The food was yummy and it was a complete package at a low budget.

  The swimming pool is still under construction as per the management. The property location is good but very poorly maintained. The swimming pool is in incomplete state. The rooms are average and could have been more clean. The property is pleasant but there could be power cut off during the day. The property has typical desi format. The property is good in terms of nature. The property is heavily surrounded by nature during monsoon. The property is enough for a big group around 15-20 people. The property is very well maintained area. The property is a good place for a weekend. The property is a perfect weekend spot for a group of family or friends.

• Staff

  The caretakers are excellent. The staff there is friendly and helpful. The staff is good. The owner is friendly and welcoming. He has two adorable dogs! The staff is very helpful and on their toes to serve you. The staff is so sweet and the owner is really chill and fun. The staff at the property is like cherry on the top. The staff is supportive. The host Mr. Abhay is an awesome person always concerned about your stay. The host is friendly and welcoming.
