Everything was fine.room, cleanliness,and food everything fantastic.but only thing I found mistake is lack of Hot water. Such a cold wether bathing in cold water is very terrible.

Stay and hospitality were excellent. Smelling issue in one of the washrooms, rest everything was clean and neat. The staff onsite was very warm, welcoming and supportive.

The stay was not at all good. No facilities were there. We were 6 members and we were provided with only 2 towels and 2 soaps Later on we had to ask for each and everything we needed. Not even basic things like water and blankets were there

Our Check in time was in 12PM but we have Reached on 4PM still the Room was not Ready once we reach then only Start cleaning & Frequently Power Cut & No Heater on Restroom like Munnar Location climate Need to maintain Heater & No Room Service 2days we used Same Bedsheet & Towel & No TV in the Room

Although the homestay is a little far away from the city, it's a pleasant place for the price. The room was spacious and parking space was available as mentioned.
