MMT insurance a BIG SCAM never go for it!!...

After booking the property and also opting for MMT insurance we never got the room... We reached the restaurant around 12 mid night and the person working there said he was out of room.. We had booked 2 room for 4 adults and the description said it had a queen size bed... But the person working there said that there were out of room.. We said we had already paid for the room and also called the property contact person the we would be checking in late... The owner of the property was clearly drunk and was sleeping .. The person working tried to wake him up... even we tried to wake him up but it was no use.... The bigger scam is MMT insurance which is just duping people of more money. I called the MMT customer care and explained the issue even they tried to contact the owner and failed... They claim that if the check in is canceled by the host they would not only refund the booking but provided an alternate accommodation upto 10k.. Which as you can guess never happened.. Instead the customer care guy said that he would email the owner about the issue and when he gets back which would be the next morning only then he could confirm that our check in was denied.... We had to hunt for a room at 1 am...
