Room decoration cleanness is excellent but food quality is very poor

ambiance are so good and stuff behavior are awesome (like a friend).......

It was an enjoyable and satisfying experience . The rooms were clean and cosy and the food was too good . The staffs were too polite , helpful and courteous .Overall it was a memorable stay and highly recommended.

very nice property with all the amenities like small indoor playing area, swimming pool, clear room and bathroom. esthetic look of the property is cherry on the top . but the manager and boys are very unprofessional. May be they do not have there kitchen or what you have to place the lunch order by 10 am and dinner by 6 pm which bit annoying so we had lunch and dinner out side. same for breakfast also. breakfast options are very less and no tea coffee and juice which is basic for indian breakfast. there was pick up n drop service but they have denied . manager was very arrogant and less welcoming. As a hotel it was really very upto the mark but management was poor.

Rooms and bathroom are clean. Food is also good. Swimming pool is well maintained. Only the room service seemed a bit slow. Overall good experience.

My stay at Geetanjali Resort Tajpur was good and comfortable.staff is quite co-operative.The only issue is about parking as it is a bit far away from the resort.moroever tha approach road and road to parking are in vulnerable condition and dark without lights at night.Overall its good.

The property is good, but it is a little congested, food is something they need to improve ASAP, overall average stay.

Although promised but TV subscription was gone and instead of repeated reminders they have not activated. Tye gyser in the bathroom was also not working. The wifi connection only available inside restaurant and reception. It was not available from room. Rest are good, specially the service and the stuff.

The hotel was really good, swimming pool was really good and the food was awesome. The hotel is bit far away from beach but if you have vehicle then its not an problem. I would love to visit again in near future.

Really well maintained property, amazing staff and good food. We didn't have any issues whatsoever, and overall had an amazing experience for the entirety of our stay.

Stay was good. Resort is well maintained and staff are very courteous. Food was delicious. Will recommend for family trips.

10 mins walking distance from sea beach. Staffs are courteous. They have personal toto service to and fro the beach. Food are good. New property. Well maintained

According to this receipt the check out time is before 12 pm. Now they are saying the check out time is 10 am. Surprisingly yesterday they had handover our room around 1 pm when their check in time is mentioned 11am? also the food is terrible, they served us frozen potatoes in the sabji which were watery. Not fresh at all. The service is very poor, we ordered lunch around 1pm and they said they’ll serve it by 2pm. But the lunch was served around 3pm after repeated phone calls. That too the food wasn’t fresh. We kept asking for blanket and fresh pillow cover since checkin, we received it after several request. In the evening. This stay is not worth all the money that they are charging.

Room was neat and clean service was superb food was awesome really satisfied with the warm hospitality.

This is my first visit to coastal bengal and i must say geetanjali resort made it great. Very good food and homely staff. Even they helped me arrange home cooked food for my 7 month daughter. Love u guys
