Staffs are too good , quality is ok , atmosphere is average and its average rooms

Room not cleaned totally...Rooms don't have proper air ventilation even toilet also don't have exhaust fan...Pillows dirty and old....Corridor full of luggage same like godown....Cigrate smell all over area....We stay for 3 days but in third day housekeeping entered the room for screen changing and cleaning without any permission while we are out when we ask in reception they rudely talking to us another thing is that they ask for extra charges they are completely making sacam to customers.... when we entered the hotel one lady roaming here and there arguing with housekeeping and receptionist that saying her bag is missing from room this hotel is totally problematic....I come to hear that many Andaman people are coming here to stay in this property so in general kindly request you to stay away from this property and don't ruin your trip 🙏

Despite the confirmed booking via Make My Trip, they were not willing to provide the rooms

Some cockroaches were seen inside the bed. Cleanliness just ok needs more ecofriendly. Washrooms are not ok

The hotel is so poorly maintained and i am totally diasppointed

Very dirty bedsheet pillows cover and towel they didn't change for last one year i thigh t it's look like that, no proper ventilation over all my experience was bad,

The hotel is close to Chennai Beach Railway Station which gives good connectivity and it's pretty clean.

Not the best location or room facilities but if you are travelling alone for business and can adjust with mediocre rooms its fine. The toilets are old and average in terms of cleanliness. Bedsheets have some permanent stain. Staff is friendly and helpful and can communicate in English
