The Gems 9 Airport Hotel is right across the airport which is super convienent for transit passengers. The staff(s) are very cordial, helpful and cheerful. Food was easily accessible through phone orders. Next door is bismi resturant which offers food at a very affordable rate. Over all, the experience was great. The room charges is very nominal. With an ac, tv, hot water and even kettle drinking bottled water. Great place.

Actually the ac in the room i booked was not working and the reception guy was really helpful to move me to a nearby Gems 9 Airport Hotel zion with all the same features they had told and which had excellent services and a polite well spoken reception manager there. Room was a little compact but wifi was gud, food and ac and other amenities fully functional. Good budget for a solo or double occupancy

It is an amazing Gems 9 Airport Hotel with all facilities. Check in was fast and very welcoming. Room itself was very comfortable with fantastic view. You can basically spend up to a whole day there, relax and enjoy healthy lifestyle, it was fabulous and staff was so kind and attentive. Have no words to describe. Just totally incredible stay. Strongly recommended and definitely will come back again!

The Gems 9 Airport Hotel lies very close to Domestic and International Terminal and also has a paid airport drop off at around ₹300. Though the rooms appear to be a bit smaller, they have all in-room facilities that are of a higher standard. Hotel staff are highly professional too. highly recommended for those who look for economical stays over the night near Airport.

My stay at gem 9 was really good. Cozy room and good service the best part is the access to restaurant and this is located near to cochin airport. Room was clean and all the ammeties were good. Only thing that i felt bad was the window curtains they were thin and at night the street lights were passing through and it was disturbing

This was a great Gems 9 Airport Hotel choice for our early morning flight from the airport. Cheap and cheerful, it had two deadbolts so we felt safe, comfy bed team, making facilities, lots of hot water, ac and room service was available from the restaurant next-door. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

It was good room and they provided almost everything, the ac was not that fantastic. There was no lift and you have to make the steps. So that was a concern for me because i had an injury at that time. The room was spacious and overall it was a nice stay except the wifi was lost almost all the time

The Gems 9 Airport Hotel was close to the airport and the room was pretty neat, which was a surprise to us, as it was a budget option. It had hot water, kettle, ac, iron box etc, which were very welcome. The person at reception was friendly too. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Thanks

Manager and all staff is very nice behaviour, Gems 9 Airport Hotel is near by air port and suvarna bhawan is famous for veg food 24 into 7 service
