Rooms: the rooms were good enough but not lit well. Tvs were malfunctioning & so were a few table lamps. Washroom: washroom had all things lined up nicely. Restaurant: the food in the restaurant was good & the staff were too polite & soft spoken. Services: we had booked a deluxe suite for three people & despite that everything, every day was arranged as per two people only. We had to call them for the missing third persons stuff every day, most of the times. On our second day of stay, we left the Hotel Clarks Collection Vadodara - Near Bus Stand around 10 am for sightseeing & instructed the reception to clean the rooms. When we returned in the evening, the room was as we have left. Enquired on the reception, the said it'll be done. So we had to actually wait for almost an hour to get our rooms cleaned as the house keeping was unavailable. Also, we had a station-drop added in our package which they didn't provide or arranged. The receptionist politely declined the request & asked us to get a cab/auto. Else, other stuffs were okay. Advisable for a night or two nights. There are many other Hotel Clarks Collection Vadodara - Near Bus Stands in the vicinity, of similar & cheaper prices. Ours was a non-refundable booking else we would have switched. 'v'

Great location. The staffs are well behaved and always attentive. The room size is good breakfast was quite delicious and collection good. The cleanliness of the 1st floor coridor may be improved. Room service can be little prompter and we expected a welcome drink, which was not there. However overall we enjoyed stay and next time i will come back again

All the staff members are very cooperative. Specially lI liked the behavior of Mr. Rahul Nirwan. He is a very humble and down to earth person! The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The bathroom is clean, and amenities are good. The location is also good as it is parallel to alkapuri, which is the hub. And to access old town is easy as it sits at the base of a flyover which connects it to sayajigunj. The food is competent, the entire menu doesn't get served always, and that is the sad part. Taste is good, and we were happy we chose clark's collective. This will our choice whenever we visit vadodara next. Thanx

मैरे कलीग ने मुझे इस होटल के बारे मे बताया, मैने मेक माई ट्रिप के माध्यम से बुकिंग करवायी ! आन लाईन बुकिंग मे पहले दौ तीन बार धोखा खा चुका था,अत थोडा डर था कही बेकार होटल न निकले, मगर जब यहां आया तो सुन्दर साफ सुथरा सुसज्जित आरामदायक कमरा मिला ,शानदार हास्पिटिलिटी, उत्तम व त्वरित सेवा, मधुर व सौम्य व्यवहार ,और सुपर्ब बफे ब्रेकफास्ट ! यहां बार बार आना चाहूंगा ! मेक माई ट्रिप का चयन बहुत बढिया है !

Excellent food. Perfect location in alkapuri. Comfortable stay.Mr. Rakesh Parmar is very well behaved and really took good care of us and suggested what to order, things are available before we ask from hot tawa roti to fish curry. Auto stand is nearby, so good connectivity.
