location was good.room was small but neat and clean.The breakfast which they brought from outside was tasty and good.Need to provide water bottle and soap.

Stay was safe and clean , not luxurious but smooth stay. Staff were super supportive. Complimentary breakfast was also very good

I could not stay here overnight, i had to find another accommodation. The bed is dirty, there are no clean sheets. The room was very cold and the staff could not provide a heater. You will have a difficult stay here

This customer has come and asked for DRUGS . also he was spitting inside the room .when we said him not to spit.he is saying DIRTY INDIA. and so we have asked him to check out the room and leave.He is not providing us the Id Proof.also he misbehaved . So we asked him to check out the room .

MakeMyTrip is a terrible app and it's fraud app people too without staying and hotel cancelled my booking and still I have not got my refund and MakeMyTrip is sending invoice for the same. not able to speak with any one ,I recomend not to use this app

Excellent stay. It's clean, very well managed. What an amazing place to stay. Loved the service. Staff is fully committed and they have a room service faster than any 5-star hotel. Centrally located at walking distance from botanical garden. Complementary breakfast provided was too good and will definitely recommend other too. Worth for the rate they listed.
