Getaway Beach Resort

We stayed in the Getaway Beach Resort for 2 nights with family of 5 members in a double bed room suite room - a well decorated antiques. Very clean, well maintained and refreshing. The rooms were so big that it gave us a feel of completeness. We never felt we were staying in a resort. Ambience around - sea was visible and could hear the sea waves. A wonderful roof garden, swimming pool. We could sit down in the balcony had coffee while looking at sea. Walk to kovalam beach - it's 200 meters away from Getaway Beach Resort, nice walk in the morning. As it is very near we could go in the morning see the traditional fishing of fishermen. Restaurant - very comforting food, flexible timing of food served, the view from restaurant was awesome. People - mr. Rajesh, helped me from booking the Getaway Beach Resort to staying and check out. Mr. Ranjith in restaurant was very courteous person. I could not remember one more person name, he was also wonderful and caring at restaurant. Room service - pretty fast, very punctual. Overall enjoyed staying in the Getaway Beach Resort and moving around.

I stayed at getaway beach resort in kovalam, kerala for 3 days. The Getaway Beach Resort is easy to find as it's on the main road. The property is nice, rooms are spacious with basic amenities, including parking, room service, and a small swimming pool. While there's no direct access to hawa beach, it's very close, and you can even see the arabian sea from your room. The rooms could use some more careful maintenance, and the food quality needs improvement. I originally wanted to give it a 3-star rating, but i'm adding an extra star for the amazing staff. They are helpful, well-behaved, and always ready to assist. Thanks to them, my stay at getaway beach resort was hassle-free. Kudos to the staff!

We stayed 2 days (feb2021 month-end) in the suite - the balcony/patio area was as large as the living area - the bathroom was as large as the bedroom! unfortunately the swimming pool & beach access could not be used - we ended up taking a public road (slight hike down & up hill) several times to go to the beach & that wasn't bad. Hotel food was good but a bit on the expensive side although, that's pretty normal compared to the other Getaway Beach Resorts nearby - we did have good complimentary breakfast @ this Getaway Beach Resort but that was not a buffet. We had a wonderful time overall.

One of the best experience. Perfectly located, beautiful view with beach access. Absolutely outstanding Getaway Beach Resort, because of helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. You definitely meet akshat, he will be there as your guide, as a friend, and most humble person. He will be there for you beyond duty hours too. Jefferson is available 24/7. And will help you in almost all your daily needs. Although menu has less vegan options, but food was good. Thank you guys for making my anniversary special. We will definitely come back with friends and i would highly recommend this Getaway Beach Resort.

I had a wonderful stay at getaway beach resort, kovalam beach resort. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the beautiful kovalam beach. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning sea view and a cozy garden. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was delicious and varied, with options for different cuisines and preferences. The pool was refreshing and well-maintained. I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the amazing service. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable beach vacation in kerala.

We had a fantastic hospitality experience in getaway beach resort kovalam. We are very pleased with the food services and amenities and we were provided with a sea facing room which not only refreshes your mind but also uplifts your energy. A special mention to hospitality manager akhil, he was very well mannered and made sure that our room is cleaned daily which is something i am highly pleased with. Overall a five star rating from me.

We were a family of 15 and looked after really well. The rooms were very spacious and clean and service was quick. They made sure we enjoyed to the core. The swimming pool was small for our group but since we checked in late we were allowed to use it beyond their usual close time which gave us a private pool feeling. Overall had loads of fun. Would definitely book again with them if we go back!

The room interiors need attenrion. Wall paint looks old. The curtain in my room were not properly working. The sofa was not at all cushiony. We could feel the wooden base through the cushion. Also breakfast needs to improve.

Great villa room facing the sea, spacious balcony, one drawing room with sofa, one bedroom with all amenities and huge bathroom as well with separate bathtub, shower area. Service may not be as fine as a star Getaway Beach Resort but the rooms and location definitely is.

We had a great time here with awesome room, awesome food and mesmerising views of the property. The property is kept very nicely and we truly enjoyed it.

Stay was good. Food was amazing and employees are courteous. One thing to highlight would be, as the property is charging a premium amount, the maintenence done on the property us not satisfactory. Minor wear and tear in the room and not that clean, especially the balcony.

Hotel is good but lacking in some areas. Most vital lack is the restaurant is around 3 levels down and not connected with any lift. This is very troublesome for senior citizens. The amenities in the room are also below desired levels.

Location is very good. Food variation is less, local food preparation is very good, staff is not clean room regularly.

Memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Rooms are spacious and well provided for. View of the sea is excellent and can be viewed from the porch or window. Service is excellent and very quick. Courteous staff and always smiling. Can add more dishes for the buffet but all and all a very pleasant stay.
