Ghar 365 residency

Location wise, this is one of the best places in Guwahati. Right from the security to reception to the other Ghar 365 residency staff, each were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a tad small, but well maintained. The food was good. The complimentary breakfast spread had a nice array for the guests. Overall quite good. My only gripe is that the food is priced on the higher side and so are the room tariffs. These need to be toned down. Even packaged drinking water is sold at double the MRP plus GST on the bloated price. Water should be offered at MRP (the seller anyway gets a ₹ 8 margin on the ₹ 20 printed MRP per bottle). At the end of it, my suggestion is that room tariffs should be brought down by about 20%, food prices should be similarly brought down. The Ghar 365 residency is quite good otherwise, by any yardstick.

The waiter almost burnt his hand while serving us but still he kept smiling and serving us. The wait staff kept paying attention to every detail and made us feel well taken care of. And it was all just at dinner. The home keeping staff cleaned not just our room and made the bed but also folded our clothes and arranged them neatly. They really go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. Also kudos to the valet service, the breakfast staff and the lobby staff as well. 10 on 10 would recommend to other as well as stay there again.

Rooms are very small as compared to tariff. Excellent exterior and lobby decoration, great taste of selection of interior aesthetic. Food price is okay and serving portion is good, need to re-look at price of some dishes as it becomes difficult for solo corporate travellers owing to the capping of reimbursement on food bill

The Ghar 365 residency was very clean and the staff behaviours are also very good. I can say its a good choice for your travel stay with lots of facility in the price they offer it. The hospitality is also upto the mark. Good parking space with drivers available to park your car properly with safety and secure.

Worth the cost. Very good room, well conditioned properly sanitized. Very good stuff. Food is also good. Bathroom is good too. Good exterior as well. If u r visiting guwahati then it's the best place as it is at the centre, u can get a good access to everything. Very good place to stay.

I had a stay of over a week since i was visiting my husband and guwahati is neither one of ours permanent location. The property was close by his workplace, and i stayed entire day working from "Ghar 365 residency. The service is good. The cost not too high definitely a good stay

Nice and expensive place to spend time with someone special. Facilities also available for international level seminar/conferences. Tasty food menu in the restaurant. Bar is also available where they offer happy hours. Very beautiful interior design. Overall great experience

We had a pleasant stay. Cleanliness and breakfast was very good. Room was small but still its ok. Washroom is too small. Good ambience. For me the pillow they provided was too height and i felt like i am sleeping in a standing position. Averall we had a nice stay.
