Gianmala Residency, South Extension part 1

We had booked in south extension Gianmala Residency, South Extension part 1, but when we came to check in, they said there was power outage on our floor so rooms not available. I contacted the owner mr. Pankaj gupta, who immediately instructed the manager there to arrange rooms for us in their another Gianmala Residency, South Extension part 1 at gulmohar park. The rooms were large, clean. The staff made us tasty breakfast, dinner as per our needs. Very satisfied with their response & service.

The check-in procedure was easy, and the Gianmala Residency, South Extension part 1 is in an excellent location. The space felt a little antiquated, but everything was clean. It took some time for maintenance to fix my problems with the air conditioner not functioning properly. Breakfast was tasty, but after a few days it became monotonous. Although kind, the staff lacked initiative. Overall, it was a respectable experience, albeit the facilities and services may be improved.

I had a good experience but there was no food available facility in the Gianmala Residency, South Extension part 1 which was not good

Stay was comfortable and the location is really convenient. They took some time to get the room ready at 2pm even if our check-in time was 12 noon, but the service was good. It is great for people in transit or not spending entire time at the apartment. The apartment is modern with all modern amenities attached making it convenient for families specifically.

The bed was super comfy and comfortable, the bedroom was big enough and well maintained. The area was super quiet and located in the prime area. Newly built property and well lit, neat tidy rooms. The best part is just walking distance from the south extension metro station.
