Ginger Ahmedabad, S.G. Road

Hotel stay was good. Room is spacious, neat, and clean. Breakfast is also good. However, management should focus on improving quality of Bed and more amenities inside room.

I do not have any pictures for upload but let me add my reviews. The property requires intense amount of renovation. The quality of room, lobby and bathroom is very poor. Everything is broken or in degraded state. I stayed in room 307 and my parents stayed in room 309. Bathrooms of both rooms are very dirty. Bedsheet and pillows are ripped. I paid for two rooms with breakfast. Breakfast quality is good. No parking available. You parked at your own risk on the road. Property entrance and pathways has weed grown. I would call this hotel only 2 star hotel.

very poor service air conditioning not working, even after complaining twice, services weren't provided. There was water clogging in bathroom and and hot water was also not available. There were many small insects in the bathroom. Not recommended for a family. Seriously very bad not accepted.

Ginger SG Road has not upto the mark based on what they charge. Cleanness could be more. Breakfast should have more options. They have less supporting staff. Checkin took more than 30 min. Only 1 staff at the reception to handle many chekins. He was requesting all the guest to sit for sometime for chekins as he was alone handling the chekins. They charged more.

I have always respected Shri Ratan Tata Ji and prefer Tata products and services. However, my stay at Ginger Hotel Ahmedabad on 30th September was very disappointing. The room and passage were unclean, and shockingly, I found undergarments and a protection product in the washroom during check-in, showing poor housekeeping and management. The food quality was also below expectations. It is disheartening to see such service under the Tata name. By contrast, Ginger Hotel Indore provides excellent service, proving higher standards are possible. I hope corrective steps are taken in Ahmedabad to uphold Tata Group’s reputation.
