Everything was good. Location was a perk. However, rooms were a bit small with no cool view, but service and staff were awesome. If you opt for a location stay, try for it.

Sritam and Pragya were very polite and gave us the best service possible. Cleanliness was maintained everywhere

worst experience ever with Ginger till date. No amenities was provided inside room, not proper cooling in AC, no disposable slippers, need to ask for toilet paper role & room service attendant was handing over it to me at Door itself. We have booked a room with breakfast facility and there are very limited options for it and not even hot to eat. we ordered cheese masala Omlet but kitchen staff was saying we can't serve you cheese in breakfast. that's the rule. even after offering him extra pay for it, he was like no we don't serve cheese in breakfast. that's ridiculous actually. we have asked for room cleaning service and that cleaner was like we will not clean right now, you are already checking out in few hours. that simply means, if there is some mess up and we want it to get clean then he won't do it unless we check out and new person comes for same room. This left me speechless and a big question mark before I go for selecting Ginger again.

Room was a bit small, less space to walk around. The good part is that they had made washrooms senior person friendly with having handles near toilet seat and bathing space for support. But they should provide a stool as well if any person wants to sit and bathe. Food quality was ok ok. They can improve a bit more. Overall a good stay. I would rate 7/10.

They hotel was very old building and room was too small, smelly beds, bathrooms and bathroom was too small, no door mats, for the given rate 4000vplya gst for night this is too much and not up to the quality for the tariff.

Bed was not in good condition. I have lost my shirt when given for laundry. No efforts taken to search the same. No compensation. Pathetic experience. Recommend to keep Jain / Half Jain food in morning snacks. Add more juices.

The location of the property is so hidden if not for Google map, you won't find it, the rooms are the worst I have ever stayed, have to ask for basic things like key room not working, no towels room, no room sleepers, worst of all, worst kind of worn out mattresses and pillows, rooms and the whole property is surrounded by back of buildings and looks like construction site, no use of window as outside view is of damp and construction site. never have had experience and expected this kind from a TATA group hotel specially I stayed previously in many Ginger hotels. but one exceptionally good thing is the food, it's upto a 5start mark from all the parameters but very bad from room perspective and comfort

I feel like cheated on this booking .how can your website shows the incorrect check in time and check out time at the time of booking and later change it to pm at the time of payment...this is ridiculous...i didn't even checked in and had to immediately book another hotel

The staff were very polite and patient, providing excellent service. The food quality was good and served promptly within 10 minutes. The cleanliness standards were impressive, and the hotel had everything ready, minimizing waiting time. Overall, a great experience!
