Location, food, room, ac and bed were good. However bath towels were stained and looked unclean. Guess you need to get a fresh lot. Pillow cover and duvet were smelling of sweat from previous guest ans was just not acceptable. You changed when i complained. People were courteous and prompt, especially at the restaurant. House keeping staff should buck up. As they leave used tea coffee stirrers behind. Give hand towels in bathroom o'er their whims and fancies. They need to be mindful of changing complete bed linen post 1 guest checks out. Basic hygiene. And a must. They didnt do i can tell from my experience. And yes. I was told that ginger gives just 1 litre drinking water a day for a single occupancy room. Thus i had to buy water from outside. Though 2nd day. I saw they put 2 litres of water in the room. That is funny. So it tells me that training/ communication need standardisation across the Ginger Bhubaneshwar staff. Else all went welll

I recently stayed at ginger Ginger Bhubaneshwar in bhubaneswar and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made my stay quite relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful always ready to assist with any requests, which added a personal touch to the experience. However, i found the food options could be improved, particularly in terms of offering healthier choices. While the menu had variety, incorporating more nutritious and balanced meals would enhance the dining experience. In conclusion, ginger Ginger Bhubaneshwar is a great option if you're looking for cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service, but i hope to see healthier food choices in the future.

Staff: are very reserved type of employee like a robot everyday greet not taking any feedback. Rooms: clean, comfortable, and spacious the room but bathroom shower is not working properly and they are not checking himself, beds are too old. Amenities: the quality of the amenities and dining are very good. Location: the Ginger Bhubaneshwar's location is good. Service: services are not up to the mark they are not provide basic complementary things until you asked. Overall experience: enjoyed but little bit unhappy due to staff not keen to explain what services are complementary. Security: safe and secure Ginger Bhubaneshwar. Price: they charged 1. 5 times higher price from business account booking.

Sanjit and prabhat are superb at housekeeping job and room is always having adequate stuff like mineral water and always serve bisleri to my preference. Prabha and raviranjan are also too much customer services with always smiling faces. Like always. Ramesh who manages restaurant. Steals your heart by fulfilling your demands irrespective of timing. Restaurant staff are great-divya ranjan nandan swarnlipika prabhasini kuna to name a few. Ratiranjan and pankaj are simply awesome as always ready to serve with smiling faces. Housekeeping staff are well behaved and ensure a comfortable stay. Chandra and sukant panda are too impressive with an eye for details. Namita jena is a great person at reception along with priyanka manali and patitpawan. Ramesh is simply superb and chefs pradeep and bishwanath are adept at culinary arts.

I was there for 21 days and the stay was very comfortable, from the reception priyanka an aryan were very friendly and supporting in all our requirements. F&b team provided excellent services in all days and the food was good. House keeping was excellent and the floor staff prathiba was so kind and she took care of my laundry services without fail, i forgot the other guy name with a smiling face. Over all good experience, thank you team

I used to stay in ginger during my visits to odisha. This was my third stay in this year. I choose it mainly because of location and the budget. The internet connection disappointed me this time. I complained several times and their response and actions did not help. One time a technician came to the room to fix it. But he couldn't. So i had to depend on my mobile data which is very slow to do some very important works. Room 115.

my stay at Ginger Bhubaneswar for 2 days was nice and undisturbed. The buffet breakfast was really enjoying.
