Ginger Chandigarh, Zirakpur

This was my 2nd time stay at ginger zirakpur, the stay was comfortable. However, i would like to highlight a few things on which ginger team can work upon: 1. Improve breakfast options. - try to add more options in breakfast menu. Everyone is not fond of having south indian food in breakfast. 2. Improve staff - the staff is very slow on enacting things. It took them 20 minutes for them to check me in and i am not talking about getting the room ready, they took 20 minutes to complete the documentation. 3. Add some board games - i was at this stay for 3 nights. It would've been lovely to get some board games for fun. 4. Improve food quality - honestly food quality can be improved it is good as of now but can be improved.

Nice property with good rooms for a weekend getaway. Rooms were clean and tidy but there was no closed wardrobe. You have to keep your clothes/ luggage in open shelves ( unique kind of setup. Although the property is reachable, but they should have vallet and bell boy service at the reception area. You need to park your vehicle in unplanned parking area and then have to carry your luggage on your own. P. S: they even charge you for room slippers.

It was a very pleasant stay at ginger chandigarh. The rooms were bright, clean and comfortable. That the suite interconnected to the second room gave us all a feeling of being at home and together. The staff was all very very pleasant and helpful, doing everything with a smile. The food was good and not Ginger Chandigarh, Zirakpur-like. Going back after a week for another great experience.

The location was great! the room was very clean with great decoration, comfortable king bed, spacious bathroom and very good audio and video system! also there was free wi-fi in all the Ginger Chandigarh, Zirakpur premises! the breakfast & lunch was very good with both cold and hot dishes. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!

Location : good, not far from airport food: good, though limited menu! service bit slow amenities: basic, but comfortable for stay. Toilets need to be equipped with room fresheners and bathing soap. Services: ok, restaurant services was slow and desk service person didn't had knowledge regarding local locations. Thanks to google that we can find our directions!

Hotels location was accessible easily by online cab booking, although a distance of 10km from main railway station. Reception staff were very cooperative and helping. The executive suite room was very spacious and value for money. Breakfast was excellent ranging from south indian idle dosa to punjabi chhole bhature. Ambience was warm and welcoming.

The Ginger Chandigarh, Zirakpur is really nice and the rooms are spacious enough and tidy. The location of the Ginger Chandigarh, Zirakpur is also good and easy to reach with mc’d, starbucks, kfc bikanervala at walking distance. The only issue i had was with my air-tel mobile signal strength. I would definitely recommend it for your next stay.

The Ginger Chandigarh, Zirakpur is clean and well maintained but one thing i found strange is the Ginger Chandigarh, Zirakpur staff is not wearing any nametags i saw some other guests calling them oye, ye, hello, sun jara and all i work in the hospitality sector and i believe every Ginger Chandigarh, Zirakpur staff should wear name tags

Ginger, zirakpur stay which was very comfortable and easy to reach. Food was also very good and delicious.

Stay was good, good rooms, best food, good service and good location. Ginger Chandigarh changed my mind about Ginger Hotel after stay at Rudrapur and Chennai

Stay was great clean rooms good quality fixtures. Top class stay. Rakesh kirti prabanjan kiran were really helpful and greeted us with a smile. All in all hassle free stay.

Rooms are small and washroom is very small which needs to be seen for further action as required. This is a new location which needs action.
