Nice stay, Reception support is Neha and Rupali was amazing and Breakfast was Full of South Indian items was good

Very small and comfortable room. But, Restaurant bill was too much. Any response from front desk was slow, check in also was too late.

on the main road, room was good, however the breakfast was very bad, all food was cold, bug in the cold coffee, items were got over before the time. non veg n veg both kept together, no hot serving

I had a very uncomfortable stay as the AC in the room was not working, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there was no telephone in the room, so I couldn’t even contact reception to get the issue fixed. Very disappointing experience — basic facilities like air conditioning and room communication should always be in working condition

Bathroom drainage problem there..cannotvtake bath properly becoz water stagnation was there in room 225

good hotel and hygiene it was a good experience this is my first stay in hotel Ginger in Coimbatore.

The location is good, very near to the airport. The staff is good and polite. Food taste was good. The room had an AC problem, other than that the stay was pleasant.

My Stay at Ginger was excellent. Staff are very friendly and the room was very comfortable. It is relavant to mention here that complimentary breakfast was delicious and its location is best .

The AC not working and even after the mechanic came to check it didn’t work. At 12 in the night my aged parents had to request for a room change which could have been done at 9 pm

This property is newly established and requires attention in many things. The room size is small comparative to other cities. Breakfast is reasonable. The only best thing about this is location. 5 mins by cab from airport and all the best food chains of CBE are just next to this hotel.
