Not worth for their package, room services not satisfactory, tiny room, room size is not satisfactory

The hotel is not up to the mark. The service is good, but less facility and There is lot of communication gap between the workers and not good food only providing South Indian food as per three star hotel in India. It should be diverse food. It is not up to the mark as per three star hotel. And charges are not worth of facility.

I stayed at this hotel recently, mainly because of its proximity to the airport, which is definitely its biggest advantage. Having several restaurants right at the doorstep is also convenient. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The shower area was extremely slippery, which felt unsafe. No toiletries were provided, and when asked they replied back that it would be provided only on request which was new. The pillows in the room were not clean, which affected the comfort of the stay. Parking was another hassle — with no valet available, I had to park the car on my own at a considerable distance (~500 mts) from the entrance. The food served at the hotel was very average too. I feel the stay was not value for the money paid.

The Property was very tidy and clean, Food was also good. The staff were very friendly. I forgot my purse at the lawn but they immediately called me and sent a representative to hand over the purse to me to the coimbatore airport. I felt relieved and thanks to the support of staff

The property is not very well maintained. Servise is slow. We asked for cutlery and water but it was provided very late. We asked them to send someone for taking our luggage at check out time but no one came.

Room size is very small. Felt like the air quality is not really good. Its a good room if you are going to alone

The acomodation was ecellent. But the A/C was not working upto the mark. The food was good and Breakfast was also Good

Stayed only for one night. The rooms were good. Typical Ginger hotel experience. But two problems - the AC was not working properly and no toiletries (which are usually provided) in the room.

We had easy and quick check-in .The stay was really good and the ambiance was great. Other services including food delivery was very quick and as mentioned. It’s highly recommended.

Very small and comfortable room. But, Restaurant bill was too much. Any response from front desk was slow, check in also was too late.

on the main road, room was good, however the breakfast was very bad, all food was cold, bug in the cold coffee, items were got over before the time. non veg n veg both kept together, no hot serving

My stay was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and Rupali and Gracilia were very responsive. It is also very near to the airport and well connected to the market places of Coimbatore.

I had a very uncomfortable stay as the AC in the room was not working, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there was no telephone in the room, so I couldn’t even contact reception to get the issue fixed. Very disappointing experience — basic facilities like air conditioning and room communication should always be in working condition
